The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works such as Civil works involving Highway Tunnel Projects, Railway Tunnel Projects, Water Resources Projects, Hydro Power Projects, Metro Projects, etc. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work valued at 887.00 Crore or more, or alternatively, completed at least two similar works each valued at 554.00 Crore or more, or completed at least three similar works each valued at 443.00 Crore or more. The bidder should have substantially completed at least 80% of the financial value under the contract. In terms of specific experience, the bidder should have successfully executed tunneling and underground works, including a tunnel of not less than 7.80 m diameter, an underground shaft, and civil works of an Underground Powerhouse with cavern size equal to 18m wide and 38m height or more. The bidder's average annual turnover from civil construction works in the immediately preceding 2 consecutive financial years should be at least INR 268.00 Cr. The bidder should also have a working capital of not less than INR 36 Crore and a positive "Net Worth" in at least 02 financial years out of the last 03 financial years. Additionally, sub-contractors can be associated for specified activities if they meet certain criteria, including meeting 50% of the specific experience criteria.
