M & L for dismantling and taking up or down old unserviceable service cable /LT UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying and connecting with appropriate lugs in replacement XLPE LT cable of size 240 Sqmm PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall ,using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed. of M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. mm 4.0 Core.

Supply, install ,testing and commissioning of factory made LT feeder pillar box outdoor type factory made totally enclosed dust & vermin proof single opening with double leaf shutter duly hinged with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work & CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 5039 duly painted with powder coated of approved shade over a coat of zinc chrome primer after min seven tank treatment process including numbering & lettering mounted on C channel of appropriate size. Neccessary holes shall be kept on the kiosk box for incoming and outgoing cable entry, all holes shall be provide with brass cable gland of apprppriate size. The feeder pillar box shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system & shall comprise with suitable capacity aluminium TPN bus bar 400 Amps chamber having 3 phase 4 wire system fixed on porceilin insulator with suitable size PVC copper conductor and duly sleeved with 4 coloured heat shrinkable PVC sleeve, thimble & glands complete all as directed including dismentrling of old feeder piller box all as specified and as directed. Note:-The cost of the PCC plateform deemed to be included in the qouted rates of above said item complete all as specified & directed)

M & L for cable route marker with route indication on cast iron disc of 100mm dia and 10mm thick, marked / written for " MES LT SIZE " embosed including indicating direction fixed / bolted to 40mmx40mmx6mm thick MS angle iron support of 0.5m long embedded upto 200mm depth in concrete block of size 200mm x 200mm x 500mm of mix PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
