Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in-charge (ltem of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately:Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine Cum 10529.35

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete .

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (hickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing, laying and making kerb channel 30 cm wide and 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.) per cm depth per cm width per metre length.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting. bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supplying & Erection of hot dipped galvanised 5 mtr height octagonaI pole. The pole shall also be provided with hindged / chained flush door of approx 5OOmm length at an elevation of 1m from the base plate with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door openIng. Each pole shall be complete with a Bakellite sheet complete with DIN rail,10 amps,10 kA SP MCB,Screwless DIN mounting Connectors suitable for 16 sq.mm. terminations complete with DIN bar,shorting links,end locks etc as required and 3 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC isulated copper conductor single core cable from junction box to the luminaire complete including 1 No.3( three) terminations with insulated copper lugs etc as required.The pole shaIl be with suitable size of GI base plate,6OOmm long ’J’ type GI foundation bolts of min. 20mm dia each with three GI nuts and two GI washers (EN.8 grade) etc complete as required.The pole shall have a minimum dia of 130mm at bottom and 70 mm at top.The pole shalI have a minimum section thickness of 3mm. The pole shall be fabricated in a single section and shall be provided with necessary gaskets of 12mm thickness at the bottom. The installation shall include making RCC foundation suitabIe for a soil bearing capacity of 5 Ton/ Cum (Design & Drawing must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge).

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient 45 Watt LED Street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection and having minimum luminous efficacy 120 lumen/ watt including connection with suitable size cable including testing etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE with multicore Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.
