Work Experience Requirements
The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are:
1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years before the bid opening date. Additionally, 1 Year of experience is required for the same/similar service.
2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. Past Performance also has a weightage of 10%.
The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- 10% of bid quantity for past performance
- 1 Year for experience criteria
- 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller
Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender include:
1. OEM Authorization Certificate
2. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC)
3. Udyam Registration and online validation through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs.
4. Documentary evidence for past performance and experience criteria to be uploaded along with the bid.
