The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Seller Technical certification required by the bidder includes: - Udyam Registration for MSEs, which should be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal. - Documentary evidence such as copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC to support the Experience Criteria and Past Performance. - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting documents. - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. - Relevant documentary evidence for the offered product or service to avail purchase preference.
