Earth Excavation and making foundation with PCC, Supply and Installation of GI Pipe painted in aviation yellow mounted vertically in the foundation to a depth of 300mm, Supply and fixing of SMC box including SMC connector on the GI Pole, Installation of LED luminaire and making necessary connection. Supply and installation of MCB etc complete as required with following specification. A. Foundation: • PCC: 1:3:6, dimension 300Lx300Wx450D in mm including centering and shuttering, necessary earth excavation work as required. B. GI Pipe: • Length: 1.3 Mtr ( 1Mtr above PCC foundation & 0.3Mtr inside PCC Foundation), Class B GI Pipe Painted with two coats of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of aviation yellow colour. • Providing suitable closing at top of pipe to prevent water entry. • Suitable Provisions at top for mounting 400W LED luminaire, • Suitable size Holes on pipe for wire entry and exit from SMC box for LED Luminaire, C. SMC Box: • Minimum dimension of 300x200x105mm IP 55, including SMC Connector for looping 2 No.s 3.5Cx25 Sqmm cable & fixing Single Pole MCB, provision for GI Earth Wire looping/Termination, • Suitable Holes for the following: o For compression gland fixing at entry of 2 No.s 3.5Cx25 Sqmm cables o For GI Wire entry o For interconnection between MCB,SMC Connector and LED Luminaire , D. LED Luminaire Installation: • Using 3corex4sqmm wire E. SP MCB: • 2A, C curve Installation, testing & Commissioning of the above-mentioned work complete as required.

Supply of 400W LED integral type flood light fitting with all accessories nut & bolts etc. as per the enclosed technical specifications and AAI preferred make (Model Reference :-Surya SLE FL 400W IP66 LIVIA G1 Y3) or with Equivalent specification

Supply of following sizes of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminimum Conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part (i)) 3.5C X 25 sq mm
