Construction of Washing Platform and Raising Compound Wall;Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:8) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard other than granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site, including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement. Construction of Washing Platform and Raising Compound Wall;Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 40mm size machine crushed hard granite metal and 20mm graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) in (2:1) ratio from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing, centering charges, overheads & contractors profit etc.,for finished item of work for footings and basement .
