Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Refilling the foundations and basements with available excavated earth complying with standard specifications for filling foundations and basements including watering and pulverizing with crow bars to saturation conditions, tampering etc., including cost, transportation and labour charges for all operations but excluding conveyance charges complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the Department Officers.

Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size (SS5) hard granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site and labour charges, centering and including all incidental and operational charges for machine mixing, laying, vibrating concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge

Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Providing VRCC M30 Design Mix Concrete using 20mm, 12mm, 10mm and 6mm graded HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site and labour charges, centering, shuttering and including all incidental and operational charges for machine mixing, laying, lifting charges, vibrating concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge For Culvert slabs- 900 mm

Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead up to 1000M as per Technical Specification clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH and as directed by the dept., officers.

Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Fabrication and placing of Tor steel/Fe 500 grade steel reinforcement confirming to IS-226 and 1786-1985 of SAIL/ VSP/ TISCON or any approved TMT of different diameters including straightening, cutting & bending to required sizes & shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved material & size, including lift charges for all floors, tieing firmly with MS binding wire of 18 guage, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved design & drawings (to be supplied at the time of executing the work) including cost, all taxes and conveyance of steel and all materials to site including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, chairs, space bars, binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Construction of CC Drains and Culverts for Reconstituted plots of One Cent House Sites Under Navarat;Manufacturing , Supply and delivery of MS Grill of approved size including cost conveyance of all materials and all labour charges such as cutting, welding and fixing the grill in position with approved specification and size and charges for all operations and complete as per SS and as directed by the Engineer incharge Supplying & fixing 914.4 x 457.2 mm CI man hole frame and cover (light weight) 30 Kgs (or) BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of manhole covers and frames anywhere in AP F.O.R. destination including, loading, un-loading & stacking at site ,central excise duty but excluding GST and other taxes as applicable and as directed by Engineer in charge
