Providing CC Drains and CD Works for Reconstituted plots of LPS Layouts work in Layout 2 (Sector I;Construction of 380mm vent CC Drains in PCC (1:3:6) proportion using 20mm (67%) & 12mm (33%) size HBG metal with 810mm wide & 100 mm thick floor bed, side walls of 380mm height with 200mm top & 270mm bottom widths and haunching of 75 mm width on both sides etc. and plastering of vetted perimeter with CM (1:4) 12 mm thick as per the enclosed type design including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including all operational, incidential, labour charges including centering, shuttering, shoring with props etc. as per the approved shuttering plan, mixing concrete, laying, lift charges, tamping, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing CC Drains and CD Works for Reconstituted plots of LPS Layouts work in Layout 2 (Sector I;Providing VCC (1:2:4) proportion concrete using 20mm size graded HBG Metal (SS-5) including cost and conveyance of cement, coarse aggregates, sand, water and other materials to site of work with all leads and lifts including all labour charges for machine mixing, placing in position, vibrating, finishing and curing including all leads and lifts of water including hire and operational charges of all tools and plants, charges for centering, shuttering and necessary form work etc., complete as per SS for Vent portions of culverts

Providing CC Drains and CD Works for Reconstituted plots of LPS Layouts work in Layout 2 (Sector I;Fabrication and placing of Tor steel/Fe 415 grade steel reinforcement confirming to IS-226 and 1786-1985 of SAIL/ VSP/ TISCON or any approved TMT of different diameters including straightening, cutting & bending to required sizes & shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved material & size, including lift charges, tieing firmly with MS binding wire of 18 guage, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved design & drawings including cost, and conveyance of steel and all materials to site including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, chairs, space bars, binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidential, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as per SS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing CC Drains and CD Works for Reconstituted plots of LPS Layouts work in Layout 2 (Sector I;Providing Plastering with CM ( 1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for all operations such as mixing mortor, curing including all water leads etc complete as per SS and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing CC Drains and CD Works for Reconstituted plots of LPS Layouts work in Layout 2 (Sector I;Refilling the foundations and basements with available excavated earth complying with standard specifications for filling foundations and basements including watering and pulverizing with crow bars to saturation conditions, tampering, including labour charges for all operations etc complete for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the Department Officers.
