Providing and laying cutting edge of MS Angle iron & plates of SAIL/ TISCON for well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications including supply of all material, straightening, bending, welding, labour, tools and tackels plants & equipments with primer and painting etc complete as required for successful completion of the work. CSI No.16.01

Supplying, cutting, bending to the shape, welding, fixing, placing and binding with binding wire uncoated HYSD / TMT bar Fe-415 of approved make ISI marked reinforcement in all parts of well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification. CSI No.16.02

Providing and laying RCC with approved ISI marked cement, approved coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in grade M-25 concrete in well curb of well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering & shuttering and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and laying CC with approved ISI marked cement, approved coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast in grade M-15 with 10% extra cement for concreting in Bottom Plug of well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Job Complete as per IRC cSl.No 16.10

Sinking of 6.5 m outer dia ( steining Dia) well through all type of strata ( SPT N or = 4, cohesion c = 0.1Kg / Sq cm) complete as per approved drawing and specification including supply of all materials, labour and tools & plants, special equipments / machinery required for proper completion of the work. Depth of sinking shall be reckoned from bed level.NSI (Based on CSI No. 16.16) (6.5^2/6^2*rate) 0.0m to 6.0m depth.

Providing and constructing temporary Island in the mid of the river for construction of well foundation with two rows of wooden ballies and filling with sand bags, geo tubes etc and filling compacted sand/earth including maintenance of the Island for poper working to complete construction of well foundation, supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work CSI 16.18

Preparing and laying Cement Concrete of M-20 grade (Nominal concrete mix 1:1.5:3, One part cement ( Not less than 400Kg / Cum), one & half part Coarse sand Chopan (khadan, F.M. 2.0 to 2.5) and three parts 20mm graded hard stone ballast) including cost of all materials, labour and Tools and tackles, equipments for batching, mixing, handling, transporting, placing and compacting, for Top Plug CSI. No. 16.23

Providing and constructing 8 m wide service road to reach Island locations in dry/wet area of river bed with sand bags and compacted earth including maintenance of road up to completion of work supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.NSI

Construction of Steel Bridge over river for approach road to special foundation of river crossing of Unnao- Phoolbagh line in deeper portion with Girder , MS sheet . Chequered plates, angles, T&P and manpower as required for suitable movement of heavily loaded truck of construction material and equipment machinery etc.as per approved drawing bridge shall remain serviceable for entire period of construction of well foundation including maintenance required during construction period. job also included dismentling of bridge and taking material out of river Ganga after completion of construction of well foundation. (Dismentled material shall be property of contractor) NSI

Fixing of Templet for stub and required arrangement for tower errection including stub setting level alignment stub shall be provided by the department free of cost (NSI)based on Lucknow Schedule

Soil testing for design & construction of well foundation at the given location at each well foundation center point in accordance with corresponding IS codes. Collection of Disturbed & Undistrubed samples, SPT at every 1.5 m interval by boring a bore hole of depth of 50 m in all type of soil strata as per below specification & Test. (i)Consolidation Test as per ISS-2720( Part xv )on clay soil (ii)  Sieve analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) (iii)  Atterberg’s limit tests as per ISS –2720 (Part v) (iv)  Particle size analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) (v)  Natural moisture content test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) (vi) Wet density test and dry density test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) (vii) Specific gravity test as per ISS 2720 (Part iii) section 2 Disturbed soil samples will be prepared in accordance with ISS 2720 (Part I) 1983 and tested as follows (i) Sieve analysis test as per ISS – 2720 (part iv) (i) Sieve analysis test as per ISS – 2720 (part iv) Submission of soil test report for construction of well foundation to be constructed, caliberation of bearing capacity of soil as per requirment of designer at a given depth for well foundation suitable as per site conditions.

Design and drawing of well foundation for this Tower of 220 kv Unnao-Phoolbagh line in accordance with soil test reoprt provided by the firm & Vetting of drawing from Indian Institute of Technology ( I.I.T.). After vetting firm shall submit drawing & design in 5 copies for approval from competent authority.
