Providing Laminated wooden partition with internal aluminium frame work fabricated out of 50mm x 25mm x 1.5 mm thick aluminium sections and cladded on bothsides with 12 mm thick commercial plywood glued with 1 mm thick laminate of decent colour on outer exposed surface.The aluminium frame work comprises of 600 mm x 600 mm grid formed with powder coated 'L' clamps of size 25mm x 25mm.The commercial plywood is fixed to the aluminium frame with anodised Aluminium coated mild steel screws and lamination is done after fixing the Plywood to the frame.The Framed partition is to be fixed on top to the Powder coated steel hollow section of size 75x75x1.6 mm which inturn is fixed to the column or wall at suitable height (False ceiling level) with self expanding screws. The partition should be provided wherever necessary with 8mm thick toughend glass with Frosted film of approved make with beeding fabricated out of 18 mm thick MDF board with laminate, edge banded with 0.8 mm thick PVC strip of matching colour which will be paid separately.The four edges of partions at all openings shall be finished neat with 12 mm thick commercial plywood glued with 1 mm thick laminate of decent matching colour on outer exposed surface and top of low height partition with curved TW beeding finshed with malamaine paint. The partition is to be finished neat and tidy and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., except the cost and labour charges of Steel hollow sections, glass panels, Frosted film, MDF Board &PVC stripfor glass panel. ( Brands to be used -- Plywood - Archid/Green/Century; Laminates - Merino / Greenlam / Century ; Hardwares - Ozone / ebco / PTA; Glass - Saint Gobin ; Aluminium section : Zindal/NALCO ; Adhesive - Fevicol). (The measurement of wooden partition is taken on one side end to end of beeding for wooden portion only and the height is taken from floor level to the bottom of top support,in case the partion is fixed to the ceiling, the measurement will be taken upto the ceiling) (The rate quoted shall be considering the area taken for one face only and exclusive of GST which will be paid separately as per the Rules in force.)

Providing & fixing 8 mm thick toughend glass, stickered with Frosted film, of approved make with beeding fabricated out of 18 mm thick MDF board with laminate, edge banded with 0.8 mm thick PVC strip in wooden laminated partitions, Doors and wherever required as per required sizes and joints filled with Silicon sealant, finished neat and tidy and as directed by Engineer in charge.The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc.,(Brands to be used Glass - Saint Gobin ; Aluminium section : Zindal/NALCO ; Adhesive - Fevicol; Sealant : 3M brand). (The measuremnet will be taken for one face only for the clear opening of glass in between the beeds width and height wise.) (The rate quoted shall be considering the area taken for one face only and exclusive of GST which will be paid separately as per the Rules in force.)

Providing and fixing Storage units of various sizes fabricated out of 18mm thick commercial plywood and and laminated both inside and outside with 1 mm thicklaminates, edge banded with 2 mm thick PVC strip using hot melt glue in a through feed banding machine. Each storage unit should be provided with one vertical panel at center and one horizontal panels in middle and one horizontal panel at boottom at equal intervals. The bottom horizontal panel should be fixed at 90mm height from the floor and supprted on laminated commercial plywood of same thickness. The storage shall be assembled using minifix. Each Storage unit shall be provided with level adjustable bushes of 15mm height and 20mm dia and should be adjustable upto 25mm as per requirement. The Storage unit be finished neat and tidy and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., . ( Brands to be used -- Plywood - Archid/Green/Century; Laminates - Merino / Greenlam / Century ; Hardwares - Ozone / ebco / PTA ;Glass - Saint Gobin ; Aluminium section : Zindal/NALCO ; Adhesive - Fevicol). (The measurement of storage unit is taken for one face only at mid height end to end lengthwise and height from top of floor to the top of storage unit) (The rate quoted shall be considering the area taken for one face only and exclusive of GST which will be paid separately as per the Rules in force.) • Hinges for storage should be full overlay with a maximum opening of 105 degree and with a unique built-in damping system allows the shutter to close in slow motion without banging. • The storage should be provided with round multipurpose lock with click action mechanism and the key should be removable in locked and unlocked positions. The lock should be made of Zinc alloy die cast with chrome finish and should be system 32 compatible. • The cupboard should be provided with a latch at left door. It should be spring loaded for safety and smooth operations. Cranked bolt with plate should be the internal fitting with external shutter.
