Re construction of wing walls for;KSRRB M200-15.2. Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts iii) Dismantling Stone Masonry.B. Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar. MORTH etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Specification No. 202

Re construction of wing walls for;Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.60 m dia ( 0.113 cum ) for foundations of canal cross drainage and other appurtenant structures and placing the excavated stuff neatly in specified dump area or disposing off the same as directed including cost of all materials, machinery,labour with lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter ( 0.113 cum ) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drain /catch water drains etc., and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road as directed including cost of allmaterials, machinery,labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile with lead upto 1 km and depth of cut upto 18 m etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Excavation in hard rock of all toughness including boulders above 0.6 m diameter (0.113 cum) for canals, cut-off trench of embankments,filter / catch water drains and other appurtenent structures by approved controlled blasting methods including control of vibrations by use of delay detonators and control of fly-rocks by muffling arrangements and adopting only jack hammers for drilling holes and minimising damage to side slopes of canal in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling / pre-splitting / smooth blasting techniques including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, placing excavated rock neatly in approved dump area as directed with lead upto 1 km and depth of cut upto 18 m etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for foundation filling including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, formwork,cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating,finishing, curing with lead upto 50 m and depth of foundation upto 1.5 m from surface. Cement content: 240 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ) etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel bars for RCC works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping, welding wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia soft annealed steel wire with lead upto 50 and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for sub-structure works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position,levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m from surface. ( Cement content : 270 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ) etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning,batching, mixing, formwork, supports, placing in position, levelling,vibrating, finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvature,finishing side slopes, curing with lead upto 50 m and all lifts.( Cement content: 270 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ) etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing hearting embankment using selected impervious soil from approved borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials,machinery, labour,all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness,sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering,compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller etc., complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts.

Re construction of wing walls for;KSRRB M2200- Filter Media KSRRB M2200-9. Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2500.4.2.2. of MORTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and Technical Specification MORTH Specification No. 710.1.4 of IRC:78 & 2200 etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;KSRRB M2200- Providing Weep Holes KSRRB M2200-8. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications MORTH Specification No.2706 & 2200 etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing and filling murrum / gravely soil ( CNS soil ) for foundation or around pipes including cost of all materials, labour, spreading soil in layers of 100 to 150 mm, breaking clods, watering, compaction by earth masters to achieve density control of not less than 90 percent with lead upto 50 m and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Cement concrete pavement.Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with OPC cement or any other type as per clause 1051.2.2 design mix M20/M30 , with 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates and fine aggregtes , with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per specifications. - M20 (at 300Kg per cum coarse aggregate @ 0.64cum and fine aggregate @ 0.43cum) etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing casing embankment using semi-pervious / pervious soil from approved borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm ( before compaction ) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges /sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller with lead upto 1 km and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel members fabricated from rolled steel sections like channels / angles / beams / rails / plates etc., as per specifications and approved drawings including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, cutting, welding, grinding, cleaning, applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate red oxide paint with lead upto1 km and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing Specifications. No. KSRB 1000, 2300 MOST Specification No.1000 / 2300 - - 900mm dia etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;KSRRB M400- Water Bound Macadam KSRRB M400-14.1. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3- wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density complete A. By mannual means. MORTH Specification No. 404 - Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel for grading II etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re construction of wing walls for;KSRRB M400- Water Bound Macadam KSRRB M400-14.1. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3- wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density A.
