Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead (By Manual Means) Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir,draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils , as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring,strutting, barricading,caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,xcavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off theexcavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC works including cost of all materials,machinery,labour, cleaning,straightening, cutting,bending,hooking lapping,welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia. soft annealed steel wire with lead and all lifts. etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators,providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other (Mix 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates) etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for bed lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery labour, cleaning, batching,mixing, formwork, placing in position,levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with initial all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for side lining of canal including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning,fbatching, mixing, formwork, supports, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing junction of bed and sides to required curvature,finishing side slopes, curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to nearest area. etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing 50 mm deep cement mortar pointing to face stone masonry in CM 1 : 2 proportion by volume including cost of all materials, labour,raking-out and cleaning joints, pressing mortar into joints, scaffolding,finishing, curing with all lead and lift. etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing grouting to arrest the seepage in stone/masonry structures with polymer modified cementatious (PMC) slurry of suitable consistency under specified grout pressure not more than 3kg/cm2 as directed including drilling 10 to 20mm dia holes using Electric power drill machine upto 0.5m depth with suitable method, Providing and inserting pvc/plastic nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for PMC grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples. Conducting grouting using Non Shrink Polymer Grout (NSPG) process and allowed to stand for 24-36 hrs. Removal of nozzles and plugging the holes with PMC expandable mortar & allowed to set for 72 hrs including chemical cleaning for removal of alage fungi, finishing curing complete as per specifications including cost of all materials, machinary, labour, scaffolding,hire charges of suitable pressure grout machinery and accessorires with generator, hirecharges of crane, insurance charges trasnportation with lead and lift etc, complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UT at Km 3.400 of RBHLC;Providing polymer modified cementatious (PMC) repair microconcrete resurfacing with thickness up to 25mm on the concrete surface including filling honeycombing area uysing PMC mortor, including breaking honeycomb area (using manual/ mechanical means), Grouting using Non shrink polymer grout, repairs to crack repairs to expansion joints filling two component solvent less elastomericv PU resins cutting existing embedded m.s bars power tool cleaning chemical cleaning for removal of alage fungi, applying bond coat, intermediate coat and two layers of top coat finishing curing complete as per specifications including cost of all materials, machinary, labour, scaffolding hirecharges of crane, insurance charges trasnportation with lead and lift etc, complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
