Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Design, supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of RGB LED under water lighting Package with stainless steel mounting Bracket for illuminating Water features. The LED RGB Lights are Water proof IP Certified underwater lights. The LED RGB LED Lights are much smaller & compact has all Stainless Steel body. The housing, top cover & brackets are all in polished Stainless Steel, fasteners are also Stainless Steel. Special measures have been taken for protection of components & sealing. The RGB LED Lights are 24V & 24w. These Lights are IP67/68 compliant. The light body is kept partially or fully submerged in water to keep it cool. Light body and cover ring are made of stainless steel. The Toughened glass is with a high quality rubber gasket. The cable gland is provided for leak proof joint and further protected by potting compound for which potted wells are provided in the lamp enclosure. All external nuts and bolts are of AISI 304 standard stainless steel. Adjustable mounting bracket is made of stainless steel with SS nut to keep the light body in position. The lights have LED giving six distinct colours plus white and supply, laying of required size and lenght of underwater cable for operation of RGB light fittings etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Supply, Installation of LED Light Sequencer to control RGB sequence automatically with required accessories etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Supply of LED Floodlight 120W luminaire with pressure die cast aluminium housing body for optimal thermal dissipation. Lamp compartment comprising of anti glare clear diffuser with Injection moulded polycarbonate/clear glass material,delivering superior light output. Rated life Burning Hrs 50000 hr @ Lumen Maintenance of 70%, CCT > 5500K, IP 66 optical and electrical compartment & impact resistance of complete luminaire > IK08. Power Factor >0.9 with mains, Surge Protection- Min 5KV along with Over voltage/Overload, short circuit/ miss-wiring protection. Compatible for pole mouting with outer dia of 40mm to 50mm. Universal Voltage driver to operate wide voltage range from 100V to 270V 50/60Hz application. Compliance to IS 10322/IEC 60598, LM 79 & LM 80 Adherence with RoHS. UL approved MCPCB. Top access street light with single screw to ensure ease of maintenance at the sight site location with minimized minimal tools. LED Light fixture with System Power consumption. Luminaire manufacturer should have in house facility accredited by NABL/CPRI & any Government certified agency & Design & Development facility certified by ISO 9001:2008 . Housing with supplier word mark /name shall be Engraved / Embossing on the die cast housing/ Body part. Warranty of 2 Years against any manufacturing defect working under standard electrical conditions as mentioned above should be given by LED manufacturer & Cree/Nichia/Lumileds/Osram make LED Source etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Supply , Installation of 7.5Hp open well submersible pump of reputed make (Texmo, Kirloskar ) with stainless steel screen pump suction, fittings, manifold, base frame fittings including necessary accessories with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Supplying and drawing 3 core flat PVC sheathed submersible pump cable manufactured with electrolytic grade copper with flexible copper with low resistance conductor confirming to IS:8130-1984 and virgin grade PVC insulation and powder coating extruded PVC sheathed suitable for working voltage upto 1100Volts as per IS-694:1990 etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;Supplying fully automatic star-delta starter unit push button type with suitable wires, 3 contactors, one adjustable thermal timer mounted on a common base plate held in steel enclosure /440 volts 3 phase and wired after fixing to the existing wooden board for motor etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRB 15-18.2 : Providing and applying enamel metal paint two coats ( excluding priming coat ) over new steel or other metal surface brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, including cost of materials, labour, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRB 15-18.3 : Providing and applying enamel metal paint one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel or other metal surface brushing to give an even shade after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, including cost of materials, labour, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRRB 300-61. Extra for laying earth by manual means as per specifications for compaction in 250mm thick loose layers when laying of earth in layers is done from stacked materials including breaking of clods and dressing but excluding rolling and watering including cost of all labour specifications. MORTH / Chapter 3 etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRRB M300-2.2. Grassing with Doobs grass KSRRB M300- 2.1. Grassing with Doobs grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth MORTH Specification No. 307 ii) In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRRB M300-Horticulture KSRRB M300-Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth KSRRB M300-1. Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, farm yard manure or/and good earth to be paid for separately) MORTH Specification No. 307 etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of different types of fountain nozzles;KSRB 2.6 : Providing and filling sand in foundation upto plinth to required depth for sub soil treatment including watering ramming with all lead and lift specification. No. KBS 2.10.2 etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The models should be proportionate in size and shape and CG should be maintained with respect to weight of the model be acceptable by the competent authority. The model should have proper size, CC basement according to the ground position of the garden where to be installed. The estimate incudes all type of cement basement, lift and leads transportation, and labour charges etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
