Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC works including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, cleaning,straightening, cutting, bending, ooking lapping,welding wherever required,tying with 1.25 mm dia. soft annealed steel wire with lead upto 50 m and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators,providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing 5 HP Diesal water pump for dewatering etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Excavation and removal of silt and silt mixed with sand in slussy condition from canal bed including disposing off the same in spoil bank or on the canal embankment in layers as directed with lead upto 50 m and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing average 20 mm thick cement mortar plastering to stone masonry block joint in CM 1: 3 proportion by volume including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, raking-out and cleaning joints for 50 mm depth, pressing mortar into joints, finishing surface, curing with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to nearest area etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing 50 mm deep cement mortar pointing to face stone masonry in CM 1 : 2 proportion by volume including cost of all materials, labour,raking-out and cleaning joints, pressing mortar into joints, scaffolding,finishing, curing with all lead and lift etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Drilling 25 mm / 32 mm dia. Holes vertical or inclined in concrete / masonry / rock by percussion drilling method using jack hammer as directed to specified depth including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, cleaning holes etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Consolidation grouting with neat cement grout mix of suitable consistency under specified grout pressure as directed in drilled holes by stage grouting method including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, redrilling if necessary with lead upto 1 km and all lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement as per Technical Specification etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Improvements to UTs to arrest;Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 m3 capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant , curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts,loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
