Regular maintaince works in TB Dam Parks and gardens, Bungalow gardens, Administrative building gardens, lB gardens, Vaikunta gardens & hills plantations like watering, weeding, watch & ward digging the soil, sweeping, pruning, thinning, application of fertilizers, manures, spraying of pesticides and herbicides, jungle cleaning, general cleaning, cleaning of fountain ponds, maintenance of nozzles, jets, fountains, pipes etc., digging, filling, shifting, planting, stacking in pits, removal of fallen tree branches, trimming of tree branches and trees and also maintenance of tree plantations in TB Board area, transportation of waste materials and fallen tree branches including loading, unloading and stacking, maintenance of electrical & motor works. Maintenance of Mini Zoo area like Watering and weeding in fodder plot, Cleaning of Deer’s feeding cells and Aviary using brooms, brushes with necessary disinfectants (6 Nos. Deer’s cells and 4 Nos. Aviary cell) Cutting and Transportation of green and other available fodder to all the Mini zoo and aviary cells. Feeding of food to the animal kraals and also assisting the weak, newly born and dead animals, Watch and ward of Mini Zoo and Aviary in shifts per day etc., and Garden unit office assistance work like computer operating and other office works complete as and any other such works as and when directed by the officers in charge of Gardens.
