HLC No.1, Toranagallu from Km 40.000 to Km 56.000 and HLC No.2, Kudthini from Km 56.000 to 72.000;Consultancy services for Preparation of Land Plan Survey for state Highways and major District roads The entire Land Survey Plan should be carried out using LiDAR Technology only, Collection of all the relevant information for 50 Mtr on either side from The entire Land Survey Plan should be carried out using LiDAR Technology only, Collection of all the relevant information for 50 Mtr on either side from centre of the road, Details of Structures (if any), Cross Drainage Structures, Arboriculture counts and other Assets, which have been developed as a part of the road furniture / development. Establishing the Primary Control Points (Horizontal Control), using the DGPS at every 1000 meters interval and secondary control points at every 500 meters and also at important and salient locations, such as major inter sections, Village / Town limits etc.,. The DGPS controls will be so established that it meets the minimum criteria specified for carrying out the mapping activities on a scale of 1:5000 or 1:10000. (Inclusive of all taxes) NOTES: (a) The DGPS control points established will be further extended using the total station for densification so that there are Control Points for every 200 m interval at staggered locations. All Physical details shall be picked up for a width of 50M from the center line on either side of the road. Primary control points shall be a properly monumented using Cement Concrete Pillar (RCC) of size 230 mm x 230 mm x 1250 mm, out of which 550 mm is embedded in Cement Concrete below the ground level. All such Pillars shall be serially numbered and painted in two coats of Golden Yellow Colour. The X, Y, Z co-ordinates shall be referred to center of the Pillar marked on top of it. The co-ordinates shall be painted in red color. A list of all Primary and Secondary control points with X,Y,Z Co-ordinate should be submitted. Original Revenue Village Survey Maps will be collected from revenue authorities and all the Control Points shall be physically verified and marked on top of it. (a. RTC and other information required shall be collected by the Consultants from the appropriate authorities, b. Within RoW, if there are any encroachments, then the consultant shall get relevant records and prepare the relevant documents for transferring RTC in the name of PWD.) Cadastral (Revenue) Survey will be carried out in order to demarcate the Right of Way of the road and also of all the encroachments. A statement shall be prepared showing the extent of Right of Way, Encroachment, including other assets, Survey Number wise in standard format as approved by PRAMC. The process carried out should be accurate enough to issue the necessary notices to the encroachers for getting them cleared. The following documents in both Hard and Soft Copy (where required) should be furnished : 1. 1:4000 Drawings which includes, Details of SH, shall cause to be marked on the map, thereon, Highway boundaries and Buildings and Controll Lines and other particulars. such as RoW, Road Boundaries, DGPS Points, Existing Inventories, Survey Numbers, Control Points, Alignment Details etc 2. All required data sheets 3. Point Cloud Data of Area of Interes 4. Drawing File containing 3D information of required details 5. Images Captured along with Video files using LiDAR 6. Superimposed Alignment on the State Map supplied by the client, duly indicating the Survey Numbers and other details such as encroachments 7. RTC Copies collected from Revenue Authorities and RTC Transferred accordingly 8. Khatha Certificate from respective authorities for the entire stretch of land registered in the name of the Executive Engineer of the respective of HLC No.1 Section, Toranagallu from Km 40.000 to Km 56.000 and HLC No.2 Section, Kudthini from Km 56.000 to Km 72.000 of RBHLC of TBP

HLC No.1, Toranagallu from Km 40.000 to Km 56.000 and HLC No.2, Kudthini from Km 56.000 to 72.000;Collection and preparation of survey sketch & Revenue survey Maps (R S Maps ) / Viollage maps, Record of Rights, Panis from revenue Department with assistance of Revenue surveyor, Filling on line application for Hadu bastu for each pani by making payment pani wise and making payment for surveyor charges and superimposition of survey drawing and stake out of original boundaries as per sketch. and all the drawing and maps should be get wetted by the government revenue sruveyor etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

HLC No.1, Toranagallu from Km 40.000 to Km 56.000 and HLC No.2, Kudthini from Km 56.000 to 72.000;Providing and fixing RCC precast guard stones of size 0.23cmx0.23cmx1.50m casted in CC 1: 1.5:3 with 20 mm down size aggregates using 10 mm dia vertical 4 TMT steel rods and 8 mm dia stirups at 20 cm c/c fixed 0.90m above ground level using steel moulding, curing, transportation to work spot including excavation in hard soil fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm down size aggregate including aligning to plumb and line providing enamel painting to exposed faces in alternate black and white strips and painting with reflective paint on top of guard stone with a width of 10 cm incluidng cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
