Providing and fixing Pre painted Steel two track sliding Window fabricated from roll formed sectionsmade of Galvanized steel colour coated /powder coated (Base Steel as per 15 513,,D" quality galvanized as per lS 277 with Zinc of ].2O Gms./ Sq.mtr) with total coated thickness of 0.58mm. Primer Coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finished paint with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick. The External Section for two track Sliding Window should be of 44 x 59mm with a provision for bottom track insert profile of 1Ox9mm made ot aluminium. Section for Window glass shutter should be of 35x49mm, Section for Window Euro groove should be of 25x24mm, made of plastic to accommodate standard accessories, and section for window lap strip should be of 21x4mm made of plastic. Section for Door shutter should be of 35x57mm. Section for Door Euro Groove 25x31mm made of plastic to accommodate standard accessories and size of lap strip should be of 39x41mm.The Window/Door to be panelled with 5mm thick plain float glass. The gaskets are to be made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Manomer [EPDM]. Corner Brackets for internal and external frame to be made of glass filled nylon. Touch lock to be provided for Window Shutter. Sections are to be cut to length, joined and assembled by means of corner brackets. The above frame to be fixed to Brick/Concrete masonry by using Nylonself-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm screws into the caps through frames. The Grill for safety for windows to be made of 10mm thick square rod bars with 152mm pitch for complete item of work .For Door there will be no Safety Grill including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work. Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood polymer Composite (WPC) Single extruded Door frame Section of size 45x75mm. The two vertical members are to be joined togather with thehorizontal member using 8x50mm long MS Star full thread screw to be used reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The Ready/Assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners.A minimum of 4no's of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no's for Horizontal member with encapsulation of 8mm rigid layer on the six surfaces. The Door frame will have a rebat of 32mm complete for finished item of work

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, , excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc,, complete for finished item of work.
