Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost, of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet Mix Macadam & WBM) including contractors profit & Over head charges etc, complete for Prime coat.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500.11 of MORD, 2014 using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification 507 MORD,2014 including contractors profit& Over head charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jionted at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 Mt, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material complete for finished item of work as per Technical Speicification 305 MORD

Construction of Earthen shoulders by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10%, MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL&PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 kN capacity to achieve the desired density, as per Technical specification Clause 407 MORD including contractors profit, over head charges, GST etc complete.

Back filling behind Abutments with gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Clause 710.1.4 of IRC:78 and as per 1204.3.8 MORD as per Drawing and complete for finished item of work.

Vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete M15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc, as per techinical specification 802, 804,805,806,807,1202 &1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for Sub structure for body walls, parapet walls, Abutments, Piers, Wing walls.

Vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete M25 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per technical specification 800, 1205.4,1205.5 MORD as directed by the engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work for wearing coat over Bed Blocks.

Providing and laying stone boulders for apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size 300mm thick other than granite and weighing not less than 40 Kgs as per table 1300.1 and laid dry including cost and conveynace of all materials to site, and labour charges complete for finished item of work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301 MORD

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 1000 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.
