Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) and 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet Mix Macadam & WBM) including contractors profit & Over head charges etc, complete for Prime coat.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 40-0 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 37.5 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed wih bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, loading and disposal of cut rock with all lifts and leads upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 302.3.5 MORD/301 MORTH.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix M10 Grade using 40mm (SS5) size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1700, 2100 (4th Revision), and 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 MORDas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for levelling course.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 25 grade concrete (Design Mix) using 40mm, 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position,compacting,Vibrating and curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P required etc., complete as per technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500,1700 & 2100 MORTH, including cost of labour, hire charges of machinary, contractor profit and over Head charges,all taxes etc complete but excluding seignnorage & GST and as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Foundation.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing BD/1-69 (A) but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1600,1700, & 2702 (4th Revision) and 800, 1206.3 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for wearing coat over Deck Slab and Approch Slab.

Providing bearings using approved brand Tar Felt duly applying one coat of appropriate grade of bitumen in hot condition @ 0.2Kg/1 Sqm of roof area, fixing tar felt (Conforming to IS 1322-1972 Specification) applying second coat of appropriate grade of hot bitumen at 1.20 Kg/ 1 Sqm of roof area and spreading course aggregate (sand) at 0.063 Cum per 1 Sqm of roof area finished item, Tar felt of type 2 grade 1 over Bed blocks icluding fixing as per drawing and technical specification including contractors profit & Overhead charges.

Providing HYSD bars (Fe-500) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars upto 36mm diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per technical specification MoRT&H 1600 & 2200 (4th revision) and 1002, 1005, 1010, 1202 MORD and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 complete for finished item of work for Super structure.

Providing weep holes in plain / reinforced concrete Abutments, Return walls and wing walls with 100mm Diameter AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure at 1.00m C/C in both horizontal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizontal direction is staggered from the weep holes laying above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the A.C pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about 1V : 20H towards stream side face etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 2706 & 2200 (4th Revision), 614, 709, 1204.3.7 MORD complete for finished item of work for weep holes.

Providing and laying of filter media using 50% of 150 mm IRC soling stone and 50 % of 40 mm HBG metal satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind the abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition including cost and conveyance of all metal seignorage charges ,and all labour charges as directed by the departmental officers as per drawing and Technical specifications as per clause 710.1.4 of IRC:78 and Clause 2200 of MoRT&H (4th Revision) and 1204.3.8 MORD complete for finished item of work.
