Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost, of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per , specification. 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet Mix Macadam & WBM) including contractors profit & Over head charges etc, complete for Prime coat.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per , Specification) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500-26 of MORTH and Table 500.15 of MORD using 80/100 penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant of 40 to 60 tonnes per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification and 509 MORD including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc.,, complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jionted at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 Mt, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and complete for finished item of work as per Technical Speicification 305 MORD/

Construction of Earthen shoulders with carted Earth with alead of 10Km including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per 303 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work by using machinary

Providing Plain Cement Concrete M10 Grade in open foundations using 40mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1203 MORD including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding VAT and etc., complete for foundations.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete M15 Grade using 40,20&10mm hard broken granite metal mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause and 802, 803, 1202 and 1204 MORD including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding VAT and etc., complete for head walls and parapet.

Providing weep holes in plain/reinforced concrete Abutments, Return walls and wing walls with 100mm Diameter AC pipe extending through the full width of the structute at 1.00m C/C in both horozomtal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizontal direction is staggered from the weep holes layig above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the A.C pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about 1V:20H towards stream side face etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 2706&2200(4th Revision),614,709,1204.3.7 MORD complete for finished item of work for weep holes

Tech Specification Clause 1106 MORD, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and .1000mm dia.

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head wall and parapets. Tech Specification Clause 1106 MORD, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST 600mm dia.
