Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading-III of MoRT&H Table 400-2 and Table 400.1 of MORD including cost, seiniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc, as per technical specification 401 MORTH (4th revision) and 401 MORD and as directed by the engineer-in-chief complete for finished item of work. (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) and 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet Mix Macadam & WBM) including contractors profit & Over head charges etc, complete for Prime coat.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing and Laying Type 'B' (first class) bedding for pipe of well compacted granular material(gravel) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges and seigniorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per technical specification clause 1105 of MORD.

Construction of Earthen shoulders with carted Earth with alead of 10Km including cost, seigniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per 303 MORD / 305 MoRT&H and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work by using machinary

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 Mt, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Speicification 305 MORD/304 MORTH with bailing out Water & Mechanical Means.

Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost, seigniorage and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc, as per techinical specification MORTH & H 1500,1700,2100( 4th revision) and 802, 803,1202 &1203 MORD complete for finished item of work for footings of Abutments, Piers, Wing walls and Raft foundations.

Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG machine crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost, seigniorage and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc, as per techinical specification MORTH & H 1500,1700,2200( 4th revision) and 802, 804,805,806,807, 1202 &1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for Sub structure wall body walls, parapet walls, Abutiments, Piers and wing walls.

Back filling behind Abutments with gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and seigniorage charges of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Clause 710.1.4 of IRC:78 and as per MoRT&H Specification No.2200(4th Revision) and 1204.3.8 MORD as per Drawing and complete for finished item of work.

Vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete M25 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate conforming to table 1000.1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000.2) including cost, seigniorage and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P etc, complete as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MORTH specification 1500,1600,1700,2200( 4th revision) and 800,1205.4 &1205.5 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for deck slab & Bed blocks..

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges and labour charges for centering, machine mixing, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing BD/1-69 (A) but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500, 1600,1700, & 2702 (4th Revision) and 800, 1206.3 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work for wearing coat over Deck Slab

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates as per table 500-13 of MORD using penetration grade bitumen 60/70 Grade to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including cost and conveyance of all materials, mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat including labour charges, hire charges of T&P and all operational incidental charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 508 MORD and 511 MORTH.

Providing and laying seal coat Type A using bitumenous binder of S 60/70 Grade of bitumen as per table 500.16 of MORD and stone chips 6.7mm size @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqmt. sealing the voids of a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades including labour charges, hire charges of T&P and all operational incidental charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 510 MORD & 513 MORTH.

Providing HYSD bars (Fe-415) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc.,and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per technical specification MoRT&H 1600&2200 (4th revision) and 1002, 1005,1010, 1202 MORD and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 complete for finished item of work for Sub structure.

Providing weep holes in plain/reinforced concrete Abutments, Return walls and wing walls with 100mm Diameter AC pipe extending through the full width of the structute at 1.00m C/C in both horozomtal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizontal direction is staggered from the weep holes layig above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the A.C pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about 1V:20H towards stream side face etc., as per technical specification MoRT&H 2706&2200(4th Revision),614,709,1204.3.7 MORD complete for finished item of work for weep holes

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 1000 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MoRT&H (4th Revision) Specification Clauses 2900, 2905 & 2906, IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume pipes of 600 mm diameter NP-3 class for pipe culverts including cost and conveyance of Pipes etc., complete and Labour charges for laying, jointing of 1000 mm diameter R.C.C Hume pipes in position including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MoRT&H (4th Revision) Specification Clauses 2900, 2905 & 2906, IRC Special Publication No: 13 and 1106 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work.
