Providing & Placing on Terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank with of 1000 liters Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work. (to lines /SD office)

Providing & Placing on Terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank with of 500 liters Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work. (To EE/ 400KV / KPTM)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic interior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter over a base coat of appropriate cement primer of approved brand and shade making 3 COATS in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and ocnveyance of all materials to work site and all operations , incidental, labour charges etc complete for finished item of work as per SS911 INTERNAL WALLS.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size of 45x75MM (ISI Make) with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x50 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control handdrilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. and fixing with 28-30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC ) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum (ISI Make). shutter will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required including cost of fixtures like 4Nos. Aluminium Butt hinges (IS:205)- 75 mm , 2Nos. MS-Powder Coated Door Handles (IS:208) 150 mm, 1No. Aluminium Tower Bolt-10 mm Bolt (IS:204) 100 mm and 1No. MS-Powder Coated Aldrops (IS:2681) 200 mm, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, Transportation etc., complete for finished item of work and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing damaged mineral fibre sheet False ceiling and handing over of aluminium sections to the concern incuding Cost &conveyance of all materials and labour charges complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge for the finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of false ceiling in true horizontal level 600 mm x 600 mm, 15 mm thick Mineral Fibre sheet 600 x 600 in the existing grid including Cost & conveyance of all materials and labour charges such as cutting, fixing of standing of frame work exposing roof making complete for finished item of work as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork excavation in all types of soils (up to stone matrix)which can be excavated with pick axe and crow bars and do not require blasting in all conditions such as dry, wet and slushy etc. covering initial lead and lift etc and backfilling the foundations (after laying foundations) with excavated earth complete as per the the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

PCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement 330 kgs ) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and centering, etc., complete
