Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows /Ventilators (of make Sintex, NCL/ Fenesta/LG/Sudhakar/ Eureko) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (whereever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape&size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion(if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Dismantling of existing cement concrete by manual means including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material. disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviciable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m, labour charges, complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Chipping, scrapping on roof slab top/loose ceiling plaster /damaged plastered surface must be clean till the hard and sound strata is exposed duly removing clean from dirt, dust and other contaminations by power grinding wire brushing , air blower & jet water cleaing before treatment including scaffolding charges, carefully stacking materials useful for re use and clearing all debris 1.0KM away from the site with initial lead & lift labour charges, T&P complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Plastering with CM (1:3) two coats, base coat of 20mm thick and final coat of 12 mm thick with NITOBOND SBR (5litres/50Kg bag in each plastering coat)over the prime coat of NITOBOND SBR cement slurry ceiling and projections of beams at all heights including cost & conveyance of all materials, scaffloding, labour charges, leads, lifts and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Common burnt clay Bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077- 1992 Non-Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms of approved quality, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges at all leads, lifts and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work

Supply and fixing of polished Black Kadapa Slabs of all sizes between 25- 30mm thickness for cup boards including cost and conveyance of all materials, all leads and lifts complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work

Supply and application of Reebaklens RR or equivalent for cleaning rods including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for applying etc complete for the finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
