Cement Concrete (1:5:10) using 40mm (0.54 cum), 20mm (0.27 cum) and 12mm (0.09 cum) nominal size Hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevent ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing,machine mixing cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete (Delifting up to 18.50 mtrs)

d) All the sides of the slabs should be dressed with Three line dressing to a depth of 40mm (11/2") from top surface to suit proper alignment and jointing with side slabs.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS304 grade tubes, sections, plates , sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution. IS: 1786-1979-Specification for high strength deformed steel bars and wires for concrete reinforcement.

RCC Beams

Coursed Rubble masonry (1:4) 1st sort in following proportions using granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, packing, neat finishing etc., complete as per specifications (excluding cost of bond stones )

Labour charges for jointing and laying charges of Cut stone flooring & steps inside of the Sri KRT Well as directed during execution.

Construction of Stone masonry of 1'-0" thick in CM (1:2) as approved by the department including pointing using hard granite stones of size 1'-0"x1'-0"x1'-0" (the finished size of the stones used shall not be less than 1'-0"x1'-0"x1'-0" ( except stones used for breaking of joints ) from Mulbagal quarry ( Karnataka) including quarrying wedging, cut in to shapes, loading at quarry, unloading at site of work, including single line dressing on all faces except exposed outer face. The exposed outer face (inside and out side) shall be Three line dressing and including placing in position as directed by the department during execution and true to the alignment, the joints shall not be more than 6mm thick and to be true square giving perfectly vertical and horizontal joints with the adjoining stones. The height of each course should not be less than 1'-0". The rate shall be inclusive of wastage, seignorage charges, incidental charges, curing packing, neat finishing etc., complete as directed during execution.

For Footings

For Well wall up to 14 to 17.50 mtrs

Providing flush pointing with C.M(1:4) to brick work or coursed rubble work including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply of the following labour as and when required by the dept., as directed during execution.

Supply of hard granite stone slabs for flooring from Mulbhagal quarry including cost and converyance etc., complete with the following specifications.

a) The size of the stone slab should not be less than 0.61mx 0.45m (2'-0"x1'-6").

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars of Fe 500 grade (as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)(In the absence of 18G binding wire,2nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered)

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kgs/Cum and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increae or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.(Including delifting up to 18.50 mtrs)

Door shutter with Best Teak wood frame of 2" thick, padmams of 2.5" thick and best Teak wood rear Plank of thickness 1.5" - for Finished item of work.

Providing Unplasticized PVC SWR Rain water downfall pipes of 110 mm dia with ISI:13592 Type -A mark with necessary shoes, bends, collars etc., including making holes in walls, RCC slabs, beams, columns, including fixing with necessary wooden plugs of size not less than 150 x 50 x 50 mm (where it is required pipe clear of wall, wooden blocks of size equal to that of ears of the pipe shall be used), screws, iron clamps of '18' G and making good the same including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

For Well wall up to 11 to 14 mtrs

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cum (707 kgs)., 10 mm HBG curshed metal, 0.362 cum (471 Kgs), sand cement ration of 0.407 cum (616 kgs) and cement 380 kgs with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/cum of CC) etc., to site and including Seignoirage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges,inculding centering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department.

For existing well 13 to 15 mtrs below ground level

Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational,incidengal,labour charges such as shoring,sheeting,planking,strutting etc., complete for finished item of work including Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth

For existing well at 18.30 mtrs below ground level

Preparation and fixing of Best Indian Teak wood/ Non - Teak wood Ornamental door shutters with Two leaves as per the standrad temple designs, the rate is including cost of frame, planks, preparation charges, fixing of shutters in position and locking arrangments etc., complete as directed during the execution.

g) The slabs should be jointed with C.M(1:3) and the mortar should not come over the slab for the above item the rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges, dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevent item. (Cement mortar of 0.005 Cum/ Sqm should be used for joints).

f) The joint of the slab should not be more than 6mm (1/4" thick).

c) The top of the slab should be dressed with the Three line dressings properly.

For existing well 15 to 18.30 mtrs below ground level

For Well wall up to 8 to 11 mtrs

b) The thickness of the stone slabs should not be less than 100mm ( 4") in all sides.
