Unreinforced Cement Concrete

Cement Concrete C.C (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing, centering, shuttering charges etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Plinth Beam

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 1979) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered).

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m,sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)- '- do - for precast slabs using 10 mm graded aggregate HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards, with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, centering charges,but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete as directed by the department.

Flooring with rough kadapa slabs of 50mm thick set over sand bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 duly filling joints nearly, including cost of all materials like flooring stone, cement, sand and water etc., complete, including seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work and including the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Painting Two coats for External walls for New work with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint (Exterier) over a cost of cement primer (Total Three coats) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all opertional, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Conveyance of dismantled debris up a lead of 5.0 Km from site including & unloading charges etc., complete.

WATERPROOFING TREATMENT WITH APP Modified MEMBRANE – SUPER THERMOLAY 4MM thick (STP product)

1.Cleaning the surface from all loose gravel, dirt and foreign material which may impair the bond or damage the membrane.

2. Apply one coat of Bituminous Primer STP Shalikote T-30 @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm by mixing water in the ratio of 1:1 and allow it to dry.

3. Apply a coat of Bitumen 85/25 grade

4. Lay APP membrane - Super Thermolay - 4mm by using LPG torch on application. Heat the overlap and use round tipped trowel to seal overlap and excess compound should be smoothened and pressed into under laying surface. Overlap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction.

5. Finally apply one coat of super silver shield as a UV reflective coat on top of finished membrane.
