Note: The CAMC includes reparing or replacement of spares of all parts of heat pump system, compressor, heat exhanger, hot water circulating pumps, fan coil units, return pumps, chiller pumps etc., Repairs/replacement of spares / Electrical panel accessories like MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, indication lamps etc., Repairs / replacement of Electrical wiring related to all parts of the Heat pump system. Checking the continuity of the Copper strip and Earth continuity. Repairs / replacement of Thermocal insulation, CPVC ball valves, butterfly valves, Check valves etc.,

Scope of work : 1) Inspect the plant and carry out preventive maintenance as per standard practice twelve times a year (Once in a month) 2)  Check the refrigeration system, motor and starters for performance and ensure the over all healthy condition of the plant. 3)  Clean the evaporator and condenser coils once / twice a year, if necessary. 4)  Attend to complaints / Breakdown calls whenever received. 5)  Lubricate the motors, pumps and fans bearings as and when required. 6) Cleaning the SS 304 Hot water tank once in year as per the satandard procedure 7)  Painting of equipment at required places once in three years. 8 )The Heat pump equipment to be repaired or rectified within 24 hours from the hour of defective condition for minor repairs. If major repairs are required the defects must be rectify within 3 days otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed after 5 days. 9) payment will be made quartely after service on pro rate basis service reports in respect of the Heat pumps shall be communicated to the D.E(Elec), Tirumala and Dy.EE(Elec)-North, Tirumala soon after each service.

10) Replacement of spares up to value of ₹50,000/- during repairs & service shall be brone by the contractor

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
