Hire charges for providing Aluminium Structure of centre (8 mts height) unsupported span of ranging 50' to 80' Aluminium Grade - T3, Pillars of size 200mm x 120mm x 4000 mm height with required Base plate with side and centre rafter dimension of 120mm x 200mm x 4000mm Length and suitable purlins with adequate supports along with necessary anchors to the ground to with stand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all the required places using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for providing Rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 14' at the ends and suitable height at center with central unsupported span of ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheest/Aluminum sheets/Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drainedoff. (This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses.) Necessary rain water collection facility and drainage arrangement shall be made. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with MS pipes at required places with MS pipes of 40mm diameter using 2.45 m long verticals and 3 to 6 metres horizontals. The barrication provided such that it shall be 2m above ground level and 0.45 m pipe embeded in the ground with necessary earth work excavation in all soils upto 0.45m to 0.60 m depth (except rock requiring chiselling). The Horizontals shall be in 3 rows one at 0.50 metres from bottom and balance two rows at 0.70 metres intervals leaving top gap of 0.10 m to 0.15 m and using vertical pipes at a spacing of 2.40 mts to 2.70 mts using special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) for keeping the both horizontal and vertical intact and joining pins for horizontals. The barrication shall be strongly fixed with out any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading unloading erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site (both ways ) and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., duly refilling the pits and levelling the surface et c., complete as directed during the execution. Hire charges for erection and removal of flat/sloped roof M.S pipes pendals using 40mm MS pipes for verticals . horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with, special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps) , extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps ( Nandu clamps)for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (Except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40m to 0.60m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete as directed during execution .The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS pips, Clamps, G.I sheet/Aluminium sheet/Galvalume sheet etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete . Hire charges for MS Pipe Scaffolding - using MS pipes of 40mm diameter and special type gripper clamps ("Nandu" clamps) and after completion of work / festival the scaffolding should be removing carefully . The rate is inclusive of hire charges conveyance charges of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of the work / festival etc., complete. Hire charges for providing Three Seater VIP Sofas as decided by the department, including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete. Hire charges for providing Multicolour decorative design Ceiling cloth at Aluminum/M.S Truss shelters ceiling to the required size and Sapn with approved colours and design for decorating the Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) made of required design and attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution.The ceiling cloth should be new one and should be in good condition throughout the Festival or Ustvam period. Note:

1.     Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias. 2.     Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain. 3.     Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water. 4.     The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc., 5.     The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost. 6.     Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc., 7.     All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries. 8.     The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
