PART-B (AMC of Lifts)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for a period of (Three years) 3 after completion of 2(Two) Years warranty period for 8-Passenger Lifts

Scope of Work: 1) Regular and systematic examine of the lift replacement of worn out part due to wear and tear 2) Checking of winding unit including worn out gears, thrust, bearings and motor winding, lubricating the break magnets and break shoes, checking the rotating elements. 3) Checking of electrical items like contactors, Aerials resistance & replacement of fans, bulbs, cells for buzzers etc., 4) In addition to the regular monthly visits the contractor should attend to emergency break downs etc., whenever called upon. 5) Payment will be made on quarterly basis 6) The monthly schedules of service should be per-notified and the service reports should be sent to the concern Dy.E.E(Elec.), Tirumala promptly as per schedules dates. 7) The defects shall be repaired or rectified within 24 hours for minor repairs and the major defects shall be rectified within 3 days otherwise a penalty of ₹1,000/- per day will be imposed after 3 days.

Note: The agreement will be concluded separately for Part-A (SITC of lifts) and Part-B (Comprehensive annual maintenance contract of Lifts )

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
