Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges for 1000Kgs Goods Lift of 3 floors (G+ 2 upper floors) which including routine, preventive, break down maintenance for a period of One (01) year including repairs / replacement of worn out parts with minimum down time and warrantee / guarantee of repaired / replaced items after completion of Two year warranty / guarantee period.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Charges for 1st year after warranty period of two years.

Scope of work: (1) Monthly checking and servicing the lifts and submit the service reports. (2) Attending to the Lifts when called upon. (3) Repairing, Overhauling the components of the equipment at site / in your service station including replacement of worn-out parts, when found necessary and submit the reports. Lubricating the bearings of motor and fans when found necessary. (4) Replacement of ropes when found necessary (5) Rewinding of motors and fans, replacement of V3F, door operators, mats, sills, cabin PCBs and mother boards, limit switches, indicators etc., and if any other components during maintenance period. (6) The Lifts are to be repaired or rectified within 24 hours from the hour of defective condition for minor repairs. If major repairs, the lift defects must be rectified within 5 days otherwise a penalty of Rs.1,000/- per day will be imposed after 5 days.
