Supply of coir puri of best quality for cleaning the bras grills by the contractor and as and when required by the department as directed during execution.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet / C.C road etc., with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Providing and fixing in position anodized aluminium windows and ventilators of Jindal/Hindalco or equivalent make as per approved drawings with sliding shutters using double track window frame section of size 61.85 x 31.75 mm, with 1.2 mm thick, bottom section weight 0.695 kg/m, sides and top sections 1.3 mm, thick weight 0.659 kg/m; and shutter comprising top and bottom section of size 40mm x 18 mm, 1.25 mm thick 0.417 kg/m; shutter outer side 40mm x 18mm, 1.25 mm thick weight 0.417 kg/m, shutter interlock section 40 mm x 26.7 mm, 1.1 mm thick, weight 0.469 kg/m. The shutters mounted on nylon rollers with approved quality of fixtures such as aluminium handles, tower bolts etc., and providing and fixing 5mm thick plain glass for shutters fitted with rubber beading aluminium sections including cutting to required length, joints metered subdividing the frame tennoned and rivetted in the assembled frame stiffened with end clips at corners angles etc., and fixed to the walls, lintels, floor beams/cills as the case may be with necessary steel screws, rawl plugs, or teak wood gatties including cutting masonry or concrete and making good the original surface using cement mortar, aluminium sections pre-treated for removal of any specifications.

Painting with Synthetic polymer plastic Emulsion paint - (interior) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Painting with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint - (external) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades - Grade -I approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Providing and applying wall putty of white cement or polymer or cement based or equivalent putty such as Birla wall care putty of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife/muslin pad, air dry for 2-3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental , labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work for internal walls FOR OLD WORK
