Dismantling doors, windows and clear storey windows, ventilators etc, (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachments etc., complete and stacking them within 100 metres lead. Not exceeding 3 sq.m in area

Supply of Rabbit wire mesh  (G.I. Chicken mesh) of not less than 24 gauge 

Providing weather proof course with Screeding concrete in CC(1:2:4), 25mm average thickness using 6 to 10mm nominal size HBG crushed metal chips, screeding duly embedding 24G chicken mesh with necessary overlap etc.., and finishing the surface neatly and rounding the edges at parapet walls, columns etc.., excluding cost of chicken mesh but including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete  as directed during execution.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500 ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement  laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and  all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and  thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.

Supplying, laying and jointing in position the following dia metre of Prince / Sudhakar make or equilent quantity PVC/ SWR pipes 6Kg/sqcm including labour charges for laying, fixing and commissioning the PVC pipes including couplers/ bends/ tees etc.,  including fixing necessary fiittings like bends, plugs, couplers, junctions, tees, etc., with solvent jointing as per standard practice as directed during execution. 110 mm dia 3 M Single Socket PVC/SWR pipe - 6 Kg/sq.cm

Finishing the side of walls with high polished Granite 16 to 18mm thick  slabs up to 8'-00 (2.43M) (other than Black premium colour) set over base coat including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M (1:3) 12mm thick & cement slurry of 33 kgs/ 10 Sqm shall be used for fixing wall granite inlcuding cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete ( No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls ). in all floors.
