Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) Fixed Glazing - 56 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60 mm x 56 mm x 2.25 mm for outer frames and the mullion sections are of 60 mm x 70 mm x 2.25 mm frames are structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.2 mm the sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work

Supplying and  fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design  including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint grade-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Flooring with high polished granite slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

Half Rounding the edges of Marble/ Granite stone slabs of all thicknesses including polishing the same.
