Flooring with high polished granite slabs 16 to 18 mm thick slabs up to 8'-00 (2.43 M) - black colour set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. NOTE : '“Wherever items of granite flooring is proposed in the estimate, care should be taken while preparing the detailed quantities in the estimate. Excess quantities for the above items shall not be allowed at any cost. In specific circumstances, if any increase in the agreement quantities arises, it should be got approved from the next higher level technical sanction authority prior to the execution of excess quantities”
