AMC Charges for 3rd year towards servicing and maintenance of Lift

Scope of work
(a) Monthly checking and servicing the lifts and submit the service reports.
(b) Attending to the Lifts break down when called upon. (c) Repairing, Overhauling the components / equipment at site / in your service station, including replacement of worn out parts, when found necessary and submit the reports. Lubricating the bearings of motor and fans when found necessary.
(d) Replacement of ropes when found necessary.
(e) Replacement V3F, Control PCBs, Contractor, Relays, Travelling Cables Gate lock element landing PCB, Car PCB, Push buttons, Door bearings, slippers, car & counter weight shour & limit switches
(f) The Lifts are to be repaired or rectified with in 24 hours from the hour of defective condition for minor repairs. If major repairs are required the lift defects must be rectify with in 5 days otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000/- per day will be imposed after 5 days.
(g) The above service excuding replacement of cabin lights, fans, ARD batteries & emergency charger battery

NOTE:(1) Payment will be made quarterly after service on pro rate basis service reports in respect of the above lifts shall be communicated to the D.E(Elec)-II and DY.E.E(Elec)-II and Concerned AE(Elec) soon after each service.
