Supply, erection and commissioning of commercial Tilting grinder of 20 litres capacity of Make:Sowbaghya Or equivalent as approved by Engineer in charge with Stainless steel tilting drum of 18G with - A frame legs and all other internal support frames of SS 304 grade fitted on a base box having a heavy duty gear driven motor. The Motor should be of 2 HP capacity - 3 phase of Make Suguna / Crompton / Kirlosker with suitable Starter range up to suitable for 5 H.P capacity of L and T make and suitable size wooden board for starter fixing. The grinder is provided with 4 core electrical cable with 3 mts length and stopper rod made of SS 304 grade.

The Stainless Steel of 304 grade and the test certificate should be submitted by the contractor for confirmation of SS AISI - 304 grade. The rate is including cost and conveyance to site of work, packing, loading, unloading, Insurance, incidental charges and F.O.R at Tirumala. (The rate is excluding GST).

The drum and body made of 20 gauge S.S. 304 sheet, vertical stem of 2mm thick. The Motor should be of 2 HP capacity - 3 phase of Make Suguna / Crompton / Kirlosker with suitable L and T Starter range up to suitable for 5 H.P capacity and suitable size wooden board for starter fixing. The motor should move in X-Y directions with double belt driven pulley. The main skeleton structure of grinder with S.S. angle. The grinder top stone having lifting arm with chain of 8mm dia necessary end hook with holding bracket, the stopper arm with 18/20mm thick nylon plank, coconut scrapper, 4 core electrical cable with 3 mts length, country wooden pieces of size 4inch x 4 inch x 24 inches of 2 Nos for each grinder with necessary S.S. bolts and nuts.
