Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Earthwork excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with intial lift of 3 m and lead up to 1000 mt, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections as per technical specifications clause 302.3.5 MORD/301 MORTH - Mechanical means. Note: 1. The quality, quantity and availability of rock shall be checked before affording credit. 2. In case some rock is issued to the contractor, rate as arrived per cum to that issued extent shall be deducted. 3. In case some rock is issued to the contractor at site , the item carriage shall be restricted / reduced to that extent. 4.Being small quantity, manual loading will be economical in this case and has been provided accordingly

Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Conveyance of excavated surplus earth/debris to a distance 2 kms from the site of work at the place specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechanically treated (TMT) steel bars of grade Fe 500 / 500D (as per IS 1786 - 1979) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered).

For Vertical walls of plane surface (rate is for both sides centering) Note: The mesurement of centering charges shall be in "Sqm" for one face only and the centering charges given are for two faces of centering.

Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (IRC size HBG crushed stone aggregate confirming to Table 400-12 & Table 400-13) to Wet mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mixer, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base and /base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory roller 8-10 Tonnes weight to achieve desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Technical specification vide clause No.406 of MORTH (5th Revision) etc., complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-charge during execution. for thickness of more than 100mm using vibratory roller

Improvements to road portion with interlocking pavers from Outer Ring Road to Batagangamma Temkple;Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) for paving of M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 in all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as inter lock pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parkings areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc. ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.
