Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete, Including centring for pipe line support walls. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m,sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) - do - 50mm thick pre-cast slab.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Providing Unplasticized PVC SWR Rain water downfall pipes for 110mm dia 4kg/Sq.cm with ISI:13592 Type -A mark with necessary shoes, bends, collars etc., including making holes in walls, RCC slabs, beams, columns, including fixing with necessary wooden plugs (where it is required pipe clear of wall, wooden blocks of size equal to that of ears of the pipe shall be used), screws, iron clamps of 18 G and making good the same including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Conveyance of dismantled debries / earth from work site to out skirts of town with a lead of 3 Kms including loading, un-loading,etc.,complete as directed during execution.

Constructing 904.0mm (3’0”) dia solid block masonry inspection chamber as per IS-4111:Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using fly-ash blocks of 225mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 10N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½” thick both inside and out side fitted with 20” dia RCC man hole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete(1:4:8)150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc.,to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete forfinished item of work as per Standard specification.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of R.C.C. Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-factory (rate per meter of effective length) Excluding transportation and all taxes NP - 3 Class 450mm dia (Non-Pressure)

Lowering the R.C.C S/S Pipes carefully into the trenches and laying them true to the alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead up to 500 metres including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/ 85

Supply of PVC/SWR Pipes as per ISI Standards 160 mm dia 3 M Double Socket PVC/SWR pipe - 6 Kg/sq.cm

Labour charges for laying, fixing and commissioning the PVC pipes including couplers/ bends/ tees etc any diameter including fixing necessary fittings like bends, plugs, couplers, junctions, tees, etc with solvent jointing as per standard practice
