Hire charges for three (3) days, for providing bunting cloth of white or red or green colour to the Casurina or Eucalyptus posts etc., complete to the full height and cloth used preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over as directed during execution and should be repaired without any extra rate if the cloth is spoiled due to any means. The contractor should allow the electric and flowers decoration over the cloth done departmentally without any claim. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also. Note: - If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of flat/ sloped roof MS Pipes pendals using 40 mm MS Pipes for verticals, horizontals and roof supports etc., fixing with special type gripper MS Clamps (Nandu clamps) extra horizontal bracings should be provided from at 2.40 m to roof level and jointing with special type gripper MS clamps (Nandu clamps) for horizontal bracings and column roofing including earth work excavation in all soils (except rock requiring blasting) to a depth of 0.40 m to 0.60 m. The vertical posts are to be fixed strongly with out any shaking. The roof shall be covered with GI Sheet/ Aluminium sheet/ Galvalume sheet and firmly fixed to the purlins etc., complete as directed during execution. The rate including conveyance and hire charges of all materials such as MS Pipes, clamps, GI Sheet/ Aluminium sheet/ Galvalume sheet etc. and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertain to the pendals, are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of MS Pipes pendals with MS Pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/ rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for providing & fixing of good quality GI sheets (22 to 26 gauge) (plain or corrugated ) sheets to the available frame work for roof or sides for function/ festival pendals. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals, are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for providing rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 20' at the ends and 10' at other end (sloped gallery) and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS Girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary supports on the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc. The entire roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm and reinforced with one layer of nylon mesh of approved variety connected to the net for stiffness. The nylon net must be provided with suitable rope alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends. The entire roof is to be covered with PVC coated lacquered finish fabric of approved GSM (750 to 850) over the nylon net for making it rain proof.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for providing Aluminium Structure of centre (8 mts height) unsupported span of ranging 30' to 50' Aluminium Grade - T3, Pillars of size 150 mm X 100 mm X 4000 mm height with required base plates with side and centre rafter dimension of 100 mm X 150 mm X 4000 mm Length and suitable purlins with adequate supports along with necessary anchors to the ground to with stand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all the required places using necessary bolts, nuts, etc. The entire roof shall be covered suitably with water proof PVC coated Lacquered Finish Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. (The rate shall be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of barricading with MS Frames made with MS Hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20 m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/ CC road/ BT road) with base anchors made with MS angle/ channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading, erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of wooden platforms up to 60 cms (2' 0") height from ground level made of benches, stools or wooden benches / planks etc., of required size including providing necessary supports and steps as directed during execution. The platforms should be level top and fixed firmly with each other with necessary verticals, cross supports, screws, nails , coir rope etc. The rate is including hire charges, conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of temporary dais at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/ ground level using MS Pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS Pipe bracing and top covering 19 mm ply wood laid on MS Pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of festival/ function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of side curtains with white/ colour design cloth and required frame work including using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete. The rate is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal etc., complete. The side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for supply, erection and removal of ornamental decorative side curtains of size 18’ X 10’ or any other suitable size with frills and jallars including conveyance charges etc.,. complete. The side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for erection and removal of Shamiyanas with required posts, rope etc., including anchoring the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for three (3) days, for providing Pagodas of 15 ft X 15 ft size with clear height of 10' at the ends and 14' height at centre. The pagodas shall be provided with adequate MS trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The entire roof shall be covered suitably with fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc., The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges (each per day), for supply, spreading and removing of PVC Chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period, transportation etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges (each per day) for providing of banquet chairs for VIPs including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period, transportation etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges (each per day) for providing three seater VIP Sofas as decided by the department, including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including transportation etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges (each per day) for supply of steel dinning tables of size 1’-6” X 6’-0” including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including transportation etc., complete. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25 mm X 25 mm MS square pipe (light weight) with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator - Loader (JCB) Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum). 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of machine, driver batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2 & 3 cited above. 6. The Excavator - Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Hire charges for tractor, including crew, oils, conveyance of machinery to site and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply of gravel for building works/ road works, including cost, conveyance, stacking to departmental gauge etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply of quarry rubbish (35 a), including cost, conveyance, stacking for departmental gauge for pre-measurement etc., complete as directed during execution.

Spreading gravel or sand including watering and rolling with hand roller irrespective of thickness in layer.
