The decorative pole and the bracket shall be protected with 4-layer painting system consisting of one coat each of epoxy primer, epoxy colour paint, polyurethane colour paint in antique finish and finally topped with polyurethane lacquer totalling to approximate Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 80 to 100 micron (Colour shade: Combination of Antique Copper & Gold shade). The quoted Prices shall be inclusive of standard packing, forwarding, transit insurance and transport charges up to TTD Temple project site at Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh. Quoted prices are exclusive of applicable GST, which shall be paid to the supplier extra as per Tax Invoice complete.

SUPPLY OF 40 W LED BASED DECORATIVE LIGHT FIXTURE: Supply of Suspended type weather proof and aesthetically contoured Decorative integrated LED Luminaire made from casting and spinnin parts of Aluminium with welded cast

 aluminium based floral motifs on its exterior body with clear optical glass dome as per approved model (DGL-101-S) measuring approximately 475 mm dia x 465 mm high at its maximum contours with enhanced protection against ingress of dust/moisture/insects inside the optical compartment having IP 66 rating for LED Drivers, Impact Resistance rating of IK-08, Luminaires confirming to IS: 10322 & LM 79 parameters and compatible to average ambient temperature range of 20 to +50 ºC, Driver mains voltage of 220-240 V/ 50 Hz with LED Colour of 5700 K CCT to 6500 K CCT (Cool White). The decorative LED Luminaire shall have system power of 40W +/- 10% with Polycarbonate lens for uniform photometric distribution.

The luminaire efficacy shall be greater than 120 lm/ W, CRI 70, operating power factor 0.95, THD 10% and driver efficiency 85%. The luminaire shall have the useful life of 50,000 Hours as per L80B10 standards. The Luminaire shall have internal Surge Protection of 5 kVA and external Surge Protection of 10 kVA with Inbuilt auto cut off arrangement to save from abnormal power fluctuation. The metallic parts of the decorative LED luminaire shall be protected with 4-coat painting system (Colour: Combination of Antique Copper & Gold)comprising of one coat each of Epoxy primer, Epoxy Paint, Polyurethane Paint and finally topped with Polyurethane Lacquer totalling to 80-100 microns DFT for enhanced corrosion protection and for giving pleasing appearance. The LED Driver shall have a warranty period of 2-years. Prices shall be inclusive of standard packing and forwarding, transit insurance and transport charges up to TTD’s Project site at Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh. Quoted prices shall be exclusive of GST, which shall be paid to the supplier extra as per Tax Invoice complete

Supply of IP 65 Grade, individually dedicated 4W to 5 W LED Focus lights in Warm White (3000K to 4000 K CCT) for Shanku, Chakra and Naamam from either side with necessary mounting plates and fasteners. Prices shall be inclusive of standard packing and forwarding, transit insurance and transport charges up to TTD’s Project site at Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh. Quoted prices shall be exclusive of GST, which shall be paid to the supplier extra as per Tax Invoice complete.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
