RCC M 20 Design mix using 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m , 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cu.m sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cu.m of CC) etc., horizontal plain sunshades or lofts projecting from the face of the wall 65mm average thickness,80mm thick at the face of the wall and 50mm thick at the free end and cast monolithically with the lintels or tailed to the full thickness of the wall where there are no lintels using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing , etc.,complete, but excluding cost of centering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work

-do- RCC M20 Design mix ornamental cove cornice or lofts using 20 mm graded HBG crushed metal - 0.60 m width (0.76 m curved width)

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550 (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500 ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proof compound/ 100 ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item.

Ornamental brick work C.M (1:5) with 2nd class bricks in cement mortar (using brick bats and Madras terrace bricks), including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,curing, lift charges etc., complete - Floor - II

First class Ornamental plastering 1" to 1 1/4" thick with base plastering 1/2" to 3/4" in C.M (1:3) and top finishing 1/2" thick with C.M(1:2) to bring the required ornamentation, fine rendering with neat cement including cost and conveyance of all materails, labour charges, all incidental & operational charges, curing etc., complete. To the required shape and size as per the approved drawing and as per Silpi Norms including preparation and fixing of precast pillars, where ever necessary - Floor - II.
