Unreinforced cement concrete more than 15cm thickness

Demolition of R.C.C.work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead

Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Note: Cost of dewatering may be added, where required, up to 5% of labour cost. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site condition

Earthwork excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with intial lift of 3 m and lead up to 1000 mt, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with with requirements of lines grades and cross sections as per technical specifications clause 302.3.5 MORD/301 MORTH - Mechanical means. Note: 1 1. The quality, quantity and availability of rock shall be checked before affording credit. 2. In case some rock is issued to the contractor, rate as arrived per cum to that issued extent shall be deducted. 3. In case some rock is issued to the contractor at site , the item carriage shall be restricted / reduced to that extent. 4.Being small quantity, manual loading will be economical in this case and has been provided accordingly.

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth / debris to a distance upto 2 kms from the site of work to the place where specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

Cement Concrete of M15 grade C.C.(1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted EXCLUDING CENTERING CHARGES but including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for -Edges of concrete-up to 15cm

Cement Concrete of M15 grade C.C.(1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including CENTERING CHARGES, curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of Fe-500 / Fe 500D grade (as per IS 1786 - 1979) of steel bars of below 36mm diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars, binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding GST and including all other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) etc., complete as directed during execution. (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered).

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:3) 12mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Supply PVC /SWR pipes of 160mm dia double socket pipe & fittings (as per ISI standards) 4 kg/cm2 (Type-A)

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Painting two coats for new plasterd surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of cement primer (Total three coats) in all shades -Grade-I approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S tubes & pipes of all diameters as per ISI 1161 of approved size design including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc and cost of fixing in position with Two coats with Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades - Grade -I having VOC (volatile organic compound) content less than 50 grams / lit over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete. for new iron work.
