Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 cu.m), 20 mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m, 10 mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cu.m, sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department, including cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, for finished item of work (APSS No. 402). Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Fe 500/ Fe-500D (as per IS 1786 - 2008) for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire, 2 Nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement.

Providing masonry work in CM (1:6) with fly ash cement solid blocks of size 290x225x140 mm (using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs, gypsum of 5 kgs and stone dust) with a compressive strength of 50 kg/sqcm - IS 12894-1990 class-5, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding and curing etc complete for superstructure walls as directed during execution

Plastering in cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions

- do - CM (1:5) 12 mm thick

- do - CM (1:5) 20 mm thick

Supplying and fixing in position MS Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using MS Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats with synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not less than M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 ton compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. Final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading and unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Supply and fixing of of MS Flats, structural steel i.e., angles, channels and I-Sectins, including labour charges for cutting, bending, fabrication of steel works, including cost of welding rods, power charges, fixing charges, including painting with two coats with synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47 mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/ JSW)

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47 mm thickness ((Total Coated Thickness-TCT)), Coating: Zinc coating Z120 GSM. Tensile strength: 300 MPA. (Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc., complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/ JSW). Note:- Galvalume sheet of 300 Mpa is to be used for crimping (curved portions)

Providing weld mesh enclosures made out of M.S ' L ' angles of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for outer frame, M.S. ' T 'section of size 25 x 25 x 5mm for central vertical mullion and fixing the 6 G x 10 G weld mesh with openings of size 75mm x 25mm to the frame by using M.S. flat of size 25 x 5mm by means of M.S. bolts and nuts including fixing the frame in position by making holes in walls / R.C.C. fin walls and making good the same and finishing smooth etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Flooring with Antiskid floor tiles 1st quality of all series & shades (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

- do - supply of non-skid red or white full body ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs

Finishing the sides of walls with 1st quality glazed wall tiles of following sizes of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick & cement slurry of 33 Kg/10sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls).

Supplying and fixing in position flush doors of different sizes with 35 mm thick flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with teak veneer on one face and commercial ply on another face (lipping): of standard make conforming to IS 2202 solid core flush doors, with one side teak veneering and other side commercial facing with hot pressed bonded with liquid phenol formaldehyde with rebate cutting, double leaf using best Indian country wood (Vepa/ Neredu) frames of size 65 mm X 100 mm without threshold plate, including cost of MS "Z" Hold fasts of 230 X 50 X 6 mm, MS Powder coated butt hinges of 125 X 65 X 2.12 mm, screws, nails, etc., complete (excluding cost of other fixtures which will be paid separately but including labour charges for fixing the fixtures) - 1002, 2202, Part - I 1991

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window up to 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC Profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), GI fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.

After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. Painting two (2) coats for old internal walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade, over priming coat with ready mixed cement primer (water thinnable) for interior grade-1 for old work, after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution. etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting two (2) coats for new external walls, with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade, over priming coat with ready mixed cement primer (water thinnable) for exterior grade-2 for new work, after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all operational, incidental, labour charges, including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution. etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting two (2) coats for old external walls, with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade, over priming coat with ready mixed cement primer (water thinnable) for exterior grade-2 for old work, after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials and all operational, incidental, labour charges, including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution. etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting two (2) coats for old iron work with ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
