Conveyance of excavated earth with a lead of 20 KM from the work site including loading at site of work and unloading the same at the place specified by the department during execution etc., complete.

Filling of foundations and basement with good gravel in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) -Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department including cost of centering, shuttering charges but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Raft & footings

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/ Fe550 for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Centering charges for R.C.C. Roof slabs up to 150mm depth above floor height of 3.66 Mts by using Casurina ballies, and wooden runners and staging including all bracings, cross members removing, incidental charges etc., complete dismantling after casting and curing of RCC roof slabs complete.(proper slopes to drain off wash/ rain water shall be provided as directed).

Centering charges for R.C.C. walls up to floor height of 3.66 Mts by using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc., including all bracings, cross members removing, incidental charges etc., complete dismantling after casting and curing of RCC walls complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions & thickness

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm / 245 mm x 325 mm / 250 mm x 375 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) in all shades and designs of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 400 x 400 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs 1st quality of all series & shades (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

S&F of 15 mm brass body CP finish bib tap of not less than 300 grams weight screw type (full turn) with internal / external threaded connection conforming to IS 8931.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile length: 550 MPA.
