Supply of 2 Tier M.S Steel Cot with following specification as per the drawing enclosed : Cot over all size : 2060mm (L) x 965 mm (W) x 1790 mm (H) Height of lower cot from the floor : 400 mm Height of upper cot from the floor : 1400 mm Vertical gap between two cots : 995 mm Legs at Corner = 4 Nos: MS square Tube if 50 mm x 50 mm x 1.5 mm thick. (Conforming to IS: 4923:1997). Bed frame assembly (upper & lower): The bed all round frame assembly is made up of Rectangular tube of 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick. Bed frame central supports (upper & lower):2 Nos of 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick rectangular tubes - for each bed. Conrner Stiffeners below the upper & lower cot: 4 Nos of MS 3 mm thick L-angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 120 mm length - for each Bed. Bed top sheet: CRCA sheet of 1.50 mm thick with 'U' shape crimp of 50 mm x 25 mm at all four sides (Conforming to IS: 513:2008). Head board (upper & lower) : 25.4 mm MS Square tube of 1.50 mm thick-(Two horizontal & 2 verticals for each Bed) Foot board (upper & lower):25.4 mm MS Square tube of 1.50 mm thick-One horizontal only for each Bed. Ladder assembly: Ladder assembly is made up of 25.4 mm x 25.4 mm x 1.5 mm thick MS square tube (4 horizontal). One handle should be batached to the ladder at top level for comfortale climbing. Safety guard/side supports for upper Cot:Cot side supports are made up MS round tubes of 25 mm dia x 1.50 mm thick. Bed holding supports at four corners for

lower Cot: Cot side supports are made up of MS round tubes of 25 mm dia x 1.50 mm thick. Legs support/Base plate: 4 Legs are welded with 100 mm dia MS plates at bottom and suitable PVC bushes to be provided at bottom.

Finish : Epoxy powder coating 50 to 60 microns thick with primary process of degreasing,derusting,phosphating and passivation and secondary process of application of Epoxy polymer by Electrostatic process and curing under heat in ovens confirming to IS Standards Colour and Finish: As directed by the department.

Supply of Rubberised coir mattresses of over all size 1920 X 915 X100 mm with sandwich Technology with 25 mm thick top layer of polyurethane foam with 28 Density as per ISI standards(Indentation Hardness @ 40 % deflecftion _ 30 Kgf) and 2” layer is 24 mm Rubberised Coir sheet made with needle felt Technology of 90 density categorised as “ Extra firm” by using virgin coconut fibre and Natural Rubber latex, as per IS standards. After flexing test of 250000 strokes indentation hardness difference should not be more than 20% ( IS clause 6.1). The 3rd layer is 28 mm highly firm PU form with 28 density as per ISI standards (indentation hardness @ 40 % deflecftion _40 Kgf). The 4th layer is again 24 mm Rubberised coir sheet of 90 Density made with needle felt techniology as mentioned above. All these 4 layers are to be covered with kora cotton cloth of 110gsm at all sides. The total mattress should be covered with ST mark Rexine cover. The coir mattresses should be standard and approved make best quality comfirming to IS 8391/1987 and the density of coir should meet firm grade standards. The weight of coir mattresses should be of 12.22 Kgs minimum etc, complete as directed by the department. Each coir mattresses should be printed “ TTD” month and year of supply on outer Rexine cover and should be identical.

Note: ST marked Rexine cover should be with respect to the following standards. Colour should be with respect to the following standards. Colour Blue/Green base fabric synthetic blend white/blue/black base.appearance As per IS: 1259 shall have uniform surface finish, flexible & free from moulding defects such as blisters, bubbles, pinholes,creases or streaks and shall be reasonably free from foreign matter. The edges shall be smooth and free from cuts. Thickness as per IS: 7016 is 0.30mm and above weight of finished fabric is 400 gm/sqm breaking strength. Wrap-50 Kgf weft-40Kgf, adhension of coating As per IS: 1259 the piles shall not be separated under load of 2.75 Kg Gelling test As per IS: 8698 shall not show any sign of cracks Resistance of heat and loss of mass of coating on heating as per IS:1259 shall not show sign of exudation or stickness. The loss of mass shall be not greater than 4 percent. The finished mattresses should pass Rollator test of minimum 10,000 cycles with free fall load of 100 kg. Supply of polyster fibre pillows of overall size 17 inches X 27 inches along profile filling with HBPL-1 (High Bulk Pillow, Grade -1) fibre (7D,64mm) filling weight not less than 650grams net, the fabric should be 110grams /sqm etc.,the rate including all taxes and other incidental charges etc., complete (Excluding GST)

NOTE: 1. The rates is inclusive of all Taxes (Excluding GST). 2.All Other materials should be ISI marked / approved brand in TTD SSR/ superior brands only. 3. The sample for all items should be got approved by the department before supplying them in bulk. 4. The TTD will not provide C or D forms and the tenderer has to quote accordingly. 5. The Supplier / Tenderer have to bare the testing charges of the quality control test conducted in any reputed laboratory when department insists. 6. At least 60% of quantity shall be supplied within 1 Month.

Supply of Computer Table with over all size: 1200mm (L) x 600 mm (W) x 730 mm (H) with drawer unit and pullout tray for keyboard. Fabricated out of 18 mm thick Pre-Laminated Particle board. All the exposed edges are banded with 2mm thick PVC beading of matching colour. The table is mounted on a steel structure fabricated out of 2" x 1" sq. tubular sections duly painted in dull black colour after necessary treatment.
