The main frame with S.S. 40 x 40 x 2mm thick square tube of size 900 x 465 x 590, the frame mounted over 1.6mm thick S.S. sheet of size 900 x 465 x 40mm with double flared of sheet at bottom level duly fixing the heavy duty 6" castor wheels of fixed type - 2 Nos and Swivel type - 2 Nos with S.S 10G base plates for wheel supporting of 2 Nos (supproting plate in breadth direction of trolley) fixing with S.S bolts & nuts with spring washers. The trolley top covered with 1.60mm thick S.S.Sheet with 390mm dia opening for vessel insert, having slight curved portion at cutting edge at vessel at insertion portion. Trolley outside curtain / covering sheet with 1.6mm thick (length wise) 820 x 300mm, and breadth wise 385 x 300 mm. with single flared, and side pockets of 230 x 130 x 150mm (LxBxD) at both sides of to be weld in breadth wise direction, duly round fold the edge portion. The 32mm dia 2mm wall thickness handles shall be provided on both side of the trolley.

The insert vessel of 12 gauge S.S sheet of 375mm dia + (32mm top end lip portion) and 320mm depth, the lid for vessel of 12 gauge sheet with proper step down at edge portion, the lid having lifting handle with swivel movement of 6mm dia ss rod of clear length 150mm. The all sections are AISI 304 grade. The trolley should fabricated with Argon welding with machine rolled and plasma cutting with smooth finishing and polishing. The rate is inclusive of all taxes duties, transportation, insurance etc., complete. The tolerance allowance (+/-) 5mm for entire measurement of trolley fabrication.
