Remove scale formation in the solar flat plate collector with helpof drilling machine (for unscrewing) and cutting the 9 pin copper header line. Drilling the 9 Nos pin absorbers with the help of 6'-6'' long drill bit with drilling machine for removal of scales. Bracing will be carried out to 9 pin header line at cutting area. Pump circulation will be done with the HCL chemical and water (For 1 liter of industrial HCL mixed with 10 litres of water) to confirm that there are no blockages/scales. The M.S. structural stand with four legs with base plates should be provided at base of S.S tank over 4mm thick SS embedded strip for 1.50 x 0.20 M,And to supply a). 3 kW Heaters - 3 Nos, Sacrificial anode - 1 No, Sensor - 1No, Temperature gauge - 1 No, 25mm dia Horizontal check valve - 1No, 25mm dia Ball valve - 1No, 25mm dia Strainer - 1 No, S.S. pipe nipples (both ends threaded) of 25 mm dia of 150 mm long - 6 Nos, 25mm dia SS couplings 3 Nos. The tank should be insulated with Nitrite rubber 25mm (+/-1mm)thickness and aluminium 26 SWG cladding including cost and conveyances of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.
