Only operation of the AC plant two shifts with shift duty arrangement and also weekly off arrangement and public holidays during the AMC period.
1) The operating fileld staff must be qualified and experienced in operation of centralized AC plant and shall be available in two shifts
2) The operating staff should be male candidates and belong to Hindu religion.
3) A duty register & plant Log register should be maintained.
4) The operating staff should attend incidental break downs and must have required tools & measuring instruments.
5) Keeping all equipments externally cleaned.
6) Clean the filters once in week and spare filters are must beavailble for instance work.
7) Daily Logging of operating parameters.
8) Checking and adjusting the belt tension of all V-Belt drives onve in a month.

Note:-
1) Any break down of the AC plantis to be rectified in 48 hours. Otherwise an amount of Rs. 5,000/- will be penalised for every day.
2) Any major replacement required during operation and maintenance, the same has to be got approved before taking the work.
3) Preliminary maintenance schedule is to be submit so as to arrange the O.Ts for maintenance. The outside surface of the duct is to be maintainedin good looking condition.
