Below the inspection chamber bottom 300mm all around this Earth Electrode shall be covered with 25 Kgs. Of Earth Life Compound

(c) The excavated gap shall be back filled with excavated earth, and shall be properly consolidated with water. (d) The top 0.25 m of Earth pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hume pipe . The all around inspection chamber shall be provided with 18" dia hume pipe. Earth connections shall be given to the Earth Electrodes with bolts, nuts & washers. (e) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embedded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound. (f) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.

Supply and run of 25mm X 6mm G.I. Strip for earth electrode to required places buried in ground at not less than 0.5 mtrs below the ground level after excavation of trench and filling with 6" sand all around the earth strip and refilling etc., and giving necessary connections with 3/8" x 2" Brass, Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.

Design, Fabrication, Supply and fiixng of Pillar Box made with 14 SWG CRCA sheet. The size of panel should be 1200mm(H) X 600mm (W) X 450mm (D), should be accommodate in the panel with necessary individual doors, separate chambers for incomer, etc. All the doors shall be provided with rubber beeding and door knobs / GI metal bolts. The panel board shall be mounted on 40x40x6mm MS angle frame with legs at 4 corners of a length of 600mm each with necessary welding, two coats of enamel block paint over one coat of red oxide. The piller box should be fixed in ground with cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20mm The entire panel should be powder coated with siemens grey colour through 7 tank process. The following switch gear & busbar etc., should be accomodate in the box with necessary holes to be provided to the bottom sheet of the box for incomming / out going cables as directed during execution.

a) Incoming: Supply and fixing of 630 Amp F.P. Changeover switch on Load with open Execution as per IS:13947 and giving necessary connections. Make: Socomec / L & T / HPL / Havells/ C&S b) An earthing terminal should be provide to the panel board.

Supply and fixing of LT cable route indicators made out of cast iron fixed to one meter long 1''x1''x1/4'' MS angle 4'' bent at one end buried in the ground and the other end fixed with G.I. bolts and nuts to the cable route indicators as directed during execution.
