Acoustic Enclosure: Weather proof, powder coated Acoustic enclosure for DG set for sound attenuation fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel (structure) with side wall fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet and filled with foam as per CPCB norms latest amendments & IS 8183. The doors are fabricated from 1.6 mm CRCA sheet packed with acoustic material, floor of MS chequered plate 5.0 mm thick, All doors/ opening are sealed with neoprene/ EPDN gaskets. The DG Set shall be maintained for two years after commissioning by the supplier including regular servicing, cost of consumables etc complete as specified by the OEM along with warranty for two years.

The enclosure has built in fuel tank, residential silencer (isolated from main DG chamber) with protection and tripping of DG set against temperature of more than 50 °C. All controls for operation of DG set are from outside the enclosure with DG control panel having processor based genset monitoring and control system MCCB/ACB Ammeter, voltmeter, Pf meter, frequency meter, KWH meter, Ind. Lamps etc. mounted inside enclosure , visible and accessible from outside. The enclosure should be suitable for following capacity DG sets and alternator. Noise level is less than 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 Mtrs as per CPCB-II norms, complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 180 to 250KVA AUTO MAINS FAILURE (AMF) Panel with IP 52 protection, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel 2mmThick , Powder coated finish , Engine START & STOP commands, control RELAYS, selector switches for Ammeter & Voltmeter, Ammeter & Voltmeter, 4pole MCCBs for EB Supply and DG Supply of required rating and breaking capacity, Automatic battery charger (External charger for DG) Control & Power Contactors, Timers, Electronic Hooter ,Visual & Alarm indication for faults, UPS, operator interface panel complete in all respect.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of out door type LT Distribution panel with Incomer 400 A 4 P MCCB and 400A 4 P MCCB & 63 MCCBs as outgoings of size 1500mm(W) x 1300mm(H) x 400mm(D) and made with 14SWG CRCA sheet steel cleaning with 7 tank process and painting with powder coating. The box shall be made in compartment wise chambers for incomer, busbar, outgoings, cable i/c chambers etc., and the individual chamber doors shall provide rubber beeding, door knobs etc., and the front door with double leaf arrangement with hinges and locking arrangement. Suitable heat Dissipation / Air / Ventilation ducts with inside wire mesh shall be provide to the panel.

The box base shall be mounted on 75x40mm ISLC Channels and channel shall be painted with two coats of enamel black paint over one coat of red-oxide. The following switch gears etc., should be supply and fix firmly in the box and suitable holes to be made at bottom sheet of the panel for incoming / outgoing cables and install the panel at site as directed during execution by the site Engineer.

a) Incoming: Supply and fixing 400 Amps 4-pole MCCB, adjustable, confirms to IS/IEC: 60947-2 having Breaking capacity 35/36KA with thermal magnetic release. Makes: L&T / Siemens / Schneider / Legrand - 1 Nos.

b) Out Goings: i) Supply and fixing of 63A , 4-pole MCCB, adjustable, confirms to IS/IEC: 60947-2 having Breaking capacity 25KA with thermal magnetic release. Makes:L&T- D shine / Schneider-NS NSX/Legrand -DP X3/ Siemens 3VL / Hager-h3/C&5 -Winbreak2 / HPL.Techno - 3 Nos.

d) 4 Nos. of Copper bus bars of size 25 x 12mm(Or) its equivalent shall be run horzointaly & Vericley in the bus bar chamber on suitable insulator supports at both ends and should connect to the incomer & the bus bars should provide with heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code.

f) The outgoing 63A, 400A MCCB's should be connect to the main busbars and provide extention bits to each MCCB for connecting the out going cables of size 25 x 3 mm & 25x12mm (Or) its equivalent copper busbars with suitable bolts, nuts & washers firmly . The out going busbar links should mount on suitable insulator supports & the bus bars should provide heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code of R,Y,B&N.

g) Supply and fixing of energy analyser(Multi function energy meter) with LCD/LED display capable of minimum 20 numbers electrical parameters display with1A/5A CT input for LV/HV network RS485 comunication port etc.complete inall respect. - 1 No Makes: CONZERVE / ELMEASURE / LEGRAND / MECO / HPL.

h) An earthing terminal should be provide to the box.

i) 2 Nos. Danger name plate for 440V with 3 languages should be fixed to the panel.

j)The ratings of switches, feeder name, bus bar / cable chamber etc., shall be indicate on panel with stickering letters as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing exhaust piping with 8" dia MS pipe including providing glass wool with aluminium cladding for the silencer including exhaust pipe supports & silencer supports.

Supply & installation of 50mm thick insulation with rockwool density-64 kg/cm3 and 24 guage aluminium cladding to the Silencer.

Providing earthing as per IS 3043/ 1987 with 100mm (ID), 13mm thick C.I. Pipe of 3.0 mtr. length after excavating an earth pit of size1.5 m X 0.9 M X 3.00M(Top 1.50 m X 1.20 m X 0.9m & bottom 1.20 M X 1.20 M X 1.65 M) and filling with a homogenous layer of 40 Kgs. of Coke / Char Coal, 20 Kgs. of Salt and the required quantity of sand around 100mm pipe from the bottom of the pipe to a height of 2.7mtr. and filling the remaining excavated portion with earth and consolidation / Settlement of the trench should be done by filling with sufficient quantity of water. A concrete bed of size 0.8 M X 0.8 M X 0.1 M thick and an inspection chamber having inside measurements of 0.4 M X0.4 M X 0.4 M with wall thickness of 100 mm with cement concrete CC (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm HBG Metal is to be constructed with side wall 100 mm above ground level and plastering the exposed walls neatly with CM (1:3) with 12 mm thick.

The Top of the Inspection Chamber is to be provided with reinforced precasted RCC Slab with 40mm thick with lifting hook. The top of C.I. Pipe is to be fixed & welded with suitable G.I. Wire mesh funnel 50mm x 6mm G.I. Strip having length of 300mm is to be fixed to the top of C.I. Pipe with G.I. Clamps fabricated with 50 x 3mm G.I. Flats with necessary bolts and nuts and necessary welding to be done to the clamps and C.I. Pipe. 2 Nos. of holes are to be drilled on either side of G.I. Flat for Extending earth connections. 65mm dia PVC Pipe is to be embedded at the pit entry for earth. After laying earth from earth conductor bus to Electrode trough PVC Pipe, the surface should be covered with bitumen and grease. The cost of GI/Copper flat to be run from CI Pipe electrode to the equipment is to be made separately on running meter basis. The work shall be executed strictly as per IS 3043 - 1987. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete (Note:- Necessary meggaring testing is to be carried out in the presence of concerned Engineers and measurement of resistance shall be as per ISI standards)

Providing of Independent Earthing as per IS 3043 of 1987 with Copper Plate of 600 mm X 600 mm X 3.15 mm thick of Electrolytic grade burried the top of the plate below 2 M from ground level after excavating an Earth pit of 1.5 x 0.9 x 2.55 m (Top 1.50m X 0.90m X 0.90m) and Bottom (1.20mX 0.90m X1.65 m) rigidly fixed to 40 mm dia GI pipe of 2 m long with 3 Nos. of 25 mm X 6 mm Clamps with suitable bolts, & nuts. 2 Nos. of 25 mm X 6 mm Copper Flats of 2 M long are to be fixed with brass bolts & nuts and brazed at bottom side to the copper plate on either side of the GI pipe.

A concrete bed of size 0.8 M X 0.8 M X 0.10 M thick and an inspection chamber having inside measurements of 0.4m X0.4 m X 0.4 m with wall thickness of 100 mm with cement concrete CC (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm HBG Metal is to be constructed with side wall 100 mm above ground level and plastering the exposed walls neatly with CM (1:3) with 12 mm thick. The Top of the inspection chamber is to be provided with reinforced precasted RCC slab with 40 mm thick with lifiting hook. The top of the 40 mm dia GI pipe is welded with reducer and 0.3 M, 20 mm dia GI pipe. the top of the 20 mm GI pipe is to be fixed with funned & wiremesh. The top of the 25 X 6 mm copper flats are to be fixed with brass bolts, nuts, washers & brazed with 0.2 M of 50 X 6 mm copper flat across and the same is to be fixed with suitable GI strip to the 40 mm GI pipe.

The Entire set is to be placed in the Earth pit, the mixture of 40 Kgs of Hardcoke / charcoal, 20 Kgs of salt, & sand is spread around the copper plate and around to the 40 mm GI pipe and the remaining is to be back filled. consilidation / settlement of filled eath pit is to be done by filling water. After giving earth connections to the 50 X 6 mm copper flat with brass bolts, nuts & washers. A pre- casted RCC slab cover with 50 mm thick with lifting hook is to be provided on top of the Earth pit. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete. (Note: Necessary meggaring testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards)

Supply and run of 25mm X 6mm G.I Strip for earth electrode to required places by Surface in walls, flooring including cost of all accessories and giving necessary connection with 3/8"x2" GI Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and run of 25mm X 6mm Copper Strip for earth electrode to required places by Surface in walls, flooring including cost of all accessories and giving necessary connection with 3/8"x2" Brass Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.
